If I could give this place a million negative stars I would ... so my mom and I came in on sat before Mother's Day looking for a coursette (I had a play/renaissance thing to go to) .... When we walked up to the door we noticed a homeless person in front of the door ..... which was a little awkward for us to even walk through the door of a shop who have homeless sitting next to the door ? But we still went in..... not even 3 min in the "manager" (she should be fired) claimed she had ptsd and she wasn't feeling well (my mom and I asked if she needed water or help) all she said was me and my mom and this other person not affiliated with us needed to leave (we didn't know anyone else in this store) a minute later she mentioned something about transients and how she was uncomfortable and not feeling well .....I offered to help this so called manager to personally remove this "homeless" person that may have been the one to cause the ptsd (as a manager myself I'm pretty sure a customer shouldn't be the one to help you do your job by making other customers that want to spend money "feel safe" but I was going to do that to help your ptsd and transient issue you were having" .... My mom and I were not the problem and we were about to spend a lot of money at this shop .... I have the video of how you treated my mom and I and if the owner could reach out I would like to send him the video as well (Vanessa and drew) you guys were terrible in how you treated normal people coming (while we had to walk around the transients to even enter the shop here) and I have spent a lot of money in this shop and I will no longer …. Terrible customer service even after I as a customer tried to help the “managements ptsd” and we got treated like that (again I have the video and if the owner would like to see how his/her employees treat people please reach out) Vanessa and drew...

Honestly, they used to be great, but now the employees are super rude! The blond guy is super invasive and watched me and my friend the whole time, basically acting like I am a nuisance to be there, and has asked some really weird questions and told me some weirdly personal stuff about his life. There’s a girl with dark here that is honestly so rude and hostile. She consistently follows me around the store, she is condescending and will try to speak over me even if I tell her I know what a toy does, she will walk me through the steps like a child(I’ve even been walked through how to use lube and how to put 1 battery in my vibe)! I called at one point and she basically told me “I don’t have the time to answer your questions, either come in or google it” then hung up! Haven’t seen a lot of other employees there, but the 2 I see are horrible!! Will make sure to tell my friends to go somewhere else! To rude to...

Worse experience ever, in my 68 years of life at this store. Unbelievable how within 5 minutes of being in the store an employee/manager yelled at us and one other customer to get out, then after asking her why was she throwing us out she said she had a GUT FEELING, PTSD and we TRIGGERED her, how is my daughter and I looking at clothing items on a rack triggering her?

How do you employ someone that kicks customers out of the store for absolutely no reason other then her GUT FEELINGS and PTSD?

If someone/employee can’t handle three customers in the whole store because of her ptsd and gut feelings then perhaps she should not work in an environment that deals with people/customers!
