Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

This has always been my favorites spot To go , sometimes I go twice a day but today I had a really bad experience. I went there this afternoon got off work early, but had the most horrible experience ever. The guy that took my order was rude and so disrespectful never had been treated that way like ever. I will go back to get his name because he needs to be represented. It wasn’t just me that he was only rude. I’m gonna stop going there for a while. Hopefully the next time I do go, he’s not there because it was totally uncalled for. I gave it one star only because I have to put something in order to put my review up. I do hope something is done about this, check the cameras so you can see his attitude. He needs to be retrained or literally just get rid of him because it makes me not go there again at least for a while until I don’t see...

So upset with this Starbucks, I go to this Starbucks everyday and spend so much money there and when I'm there I get a ice coffee and I always get a refill for 50 cents. Recently they have been denying me a refill saying there not allowed to do it anymore which is bull cus I use to work for Starbucks I know the rules and they as a store decided they're not going to follow it. I'm extremely upset and wish a manager or a district manager or even a regional manager that can teach them the rules that they must abide by as a corporate location. I truly hope they can get there act together. I'm very upset and this isn't just a one time thing it happens regularly. Please...

Honestly the store manager needs to manage this store properly, poor baristas are always understaffed and being forced to find coverage when there obviously no time to even answer the phone because you can clearly see a line inside and at the drive through. I Can see everyone is trying to work as fast as they can but my gosh only one person can do so much and with only 3 people on the floor in the middle of the day is insane. Starbucks apparently not treating there employees right , I felt so bad ! Everyone looked like they were about to burst into tears!
