Ouch, horrible experience. Let me preface this only to say that I am a beginner cigar enthusiast and I don't claim to know much about cigars but I am always willing to learn and like to ask a couple of questions to guide me towards a selection. Believe me, I'm an easy sale. So, I decided to stop in and check this place out while my wife was shopping over at Sally's Beauty Supply a few doors down. Went in and saw nobody inside. Walked in further and a gentleman stepped out of a closed room looking like I had interrupted his day. I asked to see their cigars and was walked over to their humidor. He told me, "all prices are marked on the boxes." I thanked him and walked in. As I looked around I felt a hard judging stare, decided to look back and yup, dude was staring at me a couple feet outside the door with his arms crossed counting the seconds I was in there. I decided to pay no attention to it and continued looking at the selection. I found a cigar I had been curious about but noticed there was no price marked so I stepped out and asked the price. He rudely stated, "all prices are on the boxes!" I politely mentioned that this one is not marked. He said, "yes, look!" When he was stumped to see there was no price he said, "ok there's no price tag on this, it's probably $4.99, pick something else." I told him no thanks, I'd really like to take this one home. He said, "no, I need to look up the price." I was in no rush so I said that was ok. I was surprised when he just stood there, did nothing and then just made up a price of $6.99 in his head and justified the price by the prices of the cigars near it (totally different brands, vitola, blend, etc) Holy cow I was speechless. I said ok, that's fine, I'll take it. I then asked for a moment to keep looking so I could find something for my wife. I guess that wasn't an option because he hastily asked, "what does she like?" I told him I wasn't sure but perhaps I'll find something. "Tell me what she likes, I don't smoke cigars I read about them, I know everything!" Lol, thats a big claim but ok. At that point it was crystal clear, dude wanted me out of there. I really don't understand how a place like this stays in business when they are clearly bothered to have a customer in their store. I decided at that point, this exchange would not get any better, it was definitely time to get out of there so I said I'll just get her a flavored (swisher sweet). I was bummed I never got the chance to keep looking around, but after reading some of the reviews here apparently not much going on anyway. Dude led me to the wall near the cashier and as I was looking at the flavors he said, "what do you want??" I smiled in disbelief of the level of customer service at this point and just pointed out some fruity flavor and got ready to finish my transaction. After the transaction was over a good 5 Mississippi's passed while he just stared at me and, yup, you guessed it, I had to ask for a receipt because he didn't give me one. Oh man, I'm not exaggerating one bit here, he made a loud sign of frustration because apparently giving a customer a receipt is too much to ask for. Wow, never, ever again. Oh, by the way, the swishers he gave me turned out to be a different flavor than what I told him and they were bent in half! Oh well, a dollar for piece of mind is worth it. Learned to keep away from lousy stock and lousy service. Avoid this place, they have no idea how to...

BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a product that the woman quoted at $13.99. Was shocked at how expensive it was but purchased it regardless as it had been hard to come by in other area stores. The entire contact was helped by a young man working at the store who acted as interpreter, as the owners English appeared to be limited. Rushing, I swiped my card, collected the receipt and left.
After getting home, I noticed the receipt was charged $18.11 instead of the quoted $13.99. Either taxes went up exponentially overnight or I was overcharged. Before returning to the store to dispute the charge, I conducted online research of my purchased product and this particular store that I had purchased it from.
Research indicated that overcharging is a common practice at this location. Not only the deliberate, fraudent overcharge of my card but also the overcharge of the products. Turns out, she was overcharging over %100 of the normal sales value of the product.
Before returning, I called to make sure they were still open...she gave me two different closing times over the phone. I returned to return the product and get a refund. When I explained to her, via the same young interpreter (bless his heart) she excused her fraudulent mistake on a headache she had had at the time. She then attempted to merely refund me the difference between her quote and her illegal overcharge. I explained that what she was doing was illegal and demanded my entire refund.
After much ado (and oddly enough her understanding of English greatly improved during this exchange than the earlier one), arguing and her continued feigned ignorance, I received my refund. After explaining several times that I would not be doing business at her establishment in the future, she attempted to give me free products...of which I would never have use for.
I do not typically write reviews but THIS demanded being shared. NO EXCUSE for this type of business practice. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE! You have...

So i said oh really yes i have cash, i gave the guy the $20 out of my wallet as he was talking to me got back in the car as i was in a hurry to get somewhere. Realized when i got to my destination that the guy gave me change for a $10. So i quickly called the guy to let him know ill be back for my correct change. He said ok no problem. When i got there, there was a different guy working. He took a picture of me to send to the other guy working prior and asked him if he owes me change. The guy told him to tell me No. So apparently this is how they make their money. So i ended up paying $19 for 1 pack of cigarettes. Shame on them. Not to mention the gas money to drive all the way back. So damn dissappointed in these people and this place. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Theyre...
