Labcorp — Local services in Lake Elsinore

Horrible horrible! Will never be returning back here . I brought my 14 month old in for blood work and the employee that assisted in drawing his blood missed not only once but twice! When she did, both times she moved the needle in and out and around trying to find the vein . After my son is crying and pulling away I had to have her stop . If people don't know what they are doing or even know when to ask the other 2 workers that are there for assistance then guess what they shouldn't be trying to draw blood on anyone let alone a baby! We were the last to be helped being that it was after their lunch time and so I am even more angry the 2 other ladies never offered to help this employee and for this employee to never once ask for assistance in what she was doing is beyond me. Will be reporting this!

So in the end we leave paying 40$ and no blood work done than told to come back in 2 days! A wrap on the left and right arm no results for us.

If you are looking for a BABY FRIENDLY lab this is not the one to come to! Keep looking! It is not worth all the pain and tears you will have to...

My 1st time here LabCorp 03/25/2024 on 31571 Canyon Estate Drive Lake Elsinore the service was excellent the lady name Lisa took care of my test she recently transfer from San Clemente in July but been with LabCorp for few years she was a GEM experience had no problem find my vein and super polite very nice and the African American man long hair man with glass on at front desk was super nice helpful ( sorry I didn’t get his name) my opt. was quick painless pleasant. Updated 6/10/2024: I have been to this Canyon Estate Drive Lake Elsinore every Monday for the last 4/5 months for routine lab work and the staffs here always courtesy police nice and super healthful professional very pleasure to deal with not just to myself but I notice each time they provided excellent services to all the clients that walk in this location. These employees at this location are the best of the best that everyone appreciated them. Thank you LabCorp in Canyon Estate late Elsinore...

Attempted to walk in for bloodwork. Arrived at 9am, business hours are displayed as open. The door was locked. There was a sign that stated max capacity 6 people. After knocking 3 times, with 5 minutes between knocks, and calling twice with no answer, I finally asked reception at the urgent care and while they were helpful, had no resolution.

If the door is locked during business hours, please put up some kind of communication as to why so we can make adjustments. Or put a message on your answering system.
