My Buddies Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Pizza is great, been coming here for several years. But with new owners, customer service has suffered. Salad should be served BEFORE the pizza and without the customer having to remind them multiple times that they are waiting on the salad...with literally no customer in front of you waiting. And when pizza comes out you have to ask for plates and wait again, common sense tells you the customer needs a dang plate. You certainly can't eat off the tables that weren't wiped down. I wiped down my own table with water from the fountain while employees watched without offering to wipe down the table for me. Employees are not nice either, seems to be no appreciation for the customer. Not my first bad experience since new ownership, still trying to get over the medium pizza I received few visits ago after paying a hefty sum for a large. When I complained, no Mgr or owner there, was basically told too bad it really was a large on the wrong size pan and then snickered and said something about dough shrinking in the oven. Again, pizza is awesome but terrible customer service, nasty uncaring staff and filthy conditions will be the downfall of this place. I hate for that to happen because they truly have...

After some of the reviews here I was pretty scared to come here, but this place is an Elsinore mainstay. I've been to a few birthdays here for children and never focused much beyond that . But the pizza was delicious. I did order a 14$ dollar side of fries that never made it to our table along with some chicken strips. After approaching the staff they said "here they are" BUT, I was needing to leave. In my mind I was like.. here we go but instead the young lady gave me a refund😊 Garlic fries sitting in my car while I attended an event nearby would have been gross. BUT My greatest disappointment was the bathroom. It was gross and nasty the sink was littered with debris , the floor sticky and tacky. With so many children coming here I thought what a travesty. Only 1 stall was operable. As a disabled person the condition of the restroom is important. This place has been here a long time and the bathroom shows it. Which is mainly why I didn't rate it any higher. The pizza was really good. The staff were nice cleanliness deserves a 0. Hopefully, someone monitors these reviews and gets on the bathrooms and...

I really hate leaving a review like this, especially because I have been going to My Buddies since I was little, and now we take our kids there and we even had our kids party there in February and they were on top of everything! But tonight our kids wanted to go to Buddies instead of Pins In Pocket, we ordered our food, got kids game cards, we got served our sandwich and side salad.... 35 mins go by my kids were asking where there food is they were hungry, so I go ask the employees apparently they thought we got our 2 orders of kids chicken strips and our wings, some kind of system mix up which the girl who took our order walked passed us several times and can obviously see we never got the food as she asked "oh you never got it' apparently there system was messed up... They apologized and made the food for us.. never had issues with the food but the tables were dirty and greasy, games were sticky they need to be wiped down, and it gets very warm and stuffy in there... I hate leaving a review like this and hope it changes because we live my buddies pizza and hate seeing it...
