I can only say that in my experience on Wednesday I went as directed by an urgent care doctor to give my doctor at the lake elsinore clinic . I was immediately treated very badly by the female lauren at the check in desk followed by the same unacceptable treatment by the security guard . About 20 minutes of their abuse we finally got to speak to the supervisor Christine who was able to calm me down with her great customer service and most importantly human connection skills . So all in all the only reason I'm rating a 2 is due to Christine taking care of me...

I am not much of a shopper, but I like going here to shop. It seems like to me that wherever you go, if you want people to treat you kindly then be kindly to them. It is not always easy, but it pays big dividends. Most of the employees at the stores are honestly trying to be friendly and helpful. We should try to remember that the employees don't always get to serve kindly people and make allowances for this. Enjoy your next shopping trip...

not very impressed with the surrounding areas or the people that were here a lot of employees from both the doctor building and surrounding establishment's seem to feel entitled to parking right in front of the stores that they work at so patience and other people's could not get to where they would like...
