Express Fix Computers — Local services in Lake Forest

A while ago, I came to this shop. I was having trouble getting a secondhand recycled PC to display graphics when trying to install an OS, and so I took it to this place for the "free diagnostic". Somehow, they had managed to put the machine in an even worse state (not powering on at all) than before I took my machine to them. Furthermore, they had the gall to tell me that I needed to pay them $120 for a "BIOS reflash", which didn't make sense to me at all. I promptly took back my computer and took it to another repair shop that charges a flat-rate $39 fee for diagnostics, and this other repair shop quickly identified the issue that Express Fix had caused and fixed it without me having to pay anything. Pretty disgraceful to the good...

I took my phone to this place they carefully viewed my phone for free and gave me honest estimate which was just the screen.
