This is the second time I’m posting this message after originally sharing it in April 2024, as it appears to have been removed—possibly by the Sizzler establishment itself. Original Post "Apr, 2024" Serious concerns regarding our recent visit to Sizzler. I encountered several issues that greatly impacted our dining experience. Firstly, the shrimp we ordered as part of the "shrimp and steak" dish was noticeably spoiled upon arrival. While we appreciate the swift replacement, the initial disappointment had already tainted our meal.
However, the most troubling incident occurred when I discovered a foreign object embedded within my steak (Refer to the picture attached). Upon closer examination, it became apparent that it was a dead parasite. This discovery was not only deeply disturbing but also raised significant questions regarding food safety and quality control at your establishment.
Despite bringing this matter to the attention of your staff, I was disappointed by the dismissive response from the manager on duty. Instead of acknowledging the severity of the situation and offering a sincere apology, he attempted to downplay the issue, which only served to exacerbate our concerns.
While I appreciate the gesture of removing the cost of the steak from our bill, I must express my disappointment that we were still charged for the side items we had ordered. This oversight further compounds our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
As longtime patrons of Sizzler, we have always held your restaurant in high regard. However, this recent experience has shaken our confidence in the quality of food and service provided.
I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take immediate steps to address any lapses in food safety protocols and customer service standards. It is imperative that incidents of this nature are not taken lightly and are handled with the utmost seriousness and professionalism.

We ate here tonight Feb 5th and this was the second time Jamie at the cashier desk took our order. He is great, and is extremely nice, exceptionally friendly and interacts with customers easily while providing outstanding service. Thank you Jaime for your awesome professionalism.
We have eaten at this Sizzler since its reconstruction over 10 years ago, and Jose is awesome! He is exceptionally friendly, genuinely kind, incredibly professional and checks back at our table many times on refills, plate removal, and to see how we are doing with everything. Thank you Jose.

Read moreDon't go here. Worst experience ever! We use to go here for dinner at least once a week for the past several years. However, after tonight's experience, we won't be coming back. My family was harassed by the manager right after we just sat down and was trying to enjoy our meals. He tried to accuse us of eating but not paying for the salad bar. We told him that was absolutely ridiculous as my husband clearly ordered a side salad along with his meal and I ordered a salad bar with mine. The manager then accused my husband of not using the right plate to get his salad. My husband said well "you" were the one who rang our order up and did not give me any plates to use! As for me, I said I went to the salad bar because I ordered it with my meal! How is it our fault if he was the same person who rang us up at the cash register but failed to remember what we ordered or wrost, rang us up incorrectly due to his incompetence. Nevertheless, this rude man ruined our family dinner because he was completely incompetent and could not do his simple job. The guy didn't even apologize for his rude behavior and for interrupting our dinner.
