My partner ordered flowers to be delivered to the house. The delivery driver, Kevin called me to update me about the delivery. What a nice surprise! Unfortunately I was at work when they were delivered and by the time I had gotten home, one of my neighbors in the complex stole them from my front door. We just moved in…what a welcome to the neighborhood.. anyway, I called the driver for a confirmation photo to verify the correct delivery address, and theft was confirmed. My partner then called the flower shop literally 5 minutes before close and was offered a new arrangement to be delivered the following day, or one for pick up same evening. We opted for pickup to avoid another theft. They closed at 6p.. I arrived around 6:30 to the store and was greeted by the sweetest lady (Mary? I’m sorry I forgot to catch your name, but you had the cutest red sweater with pink hearts..) she was preparing a replacement arrangement in the back.

Purple is my favorite color hence why he ordered lavender roses, however I would consider the replacement arrangement a huge upgrade. The owner Grace even reached out to me via text to address the situation. She had no reason to replace the arrangement, however she graciously wanted to make sure that I had flowers for this holiday. Grace and Angie were like Fairy Godmothers who made this bride’s wedding complete with fresh, beautiful flowers for her special day.

They exceeded expectations.

Found them via yelp/google so didn’t know what to expect with literally my last minute order. They came through with a phone chat and text order confirming details and reference photos - the night before my wedding!

I requested boho style bride’s bouquet, jr. bridesmaid bouquet, groom’s boutonnière and maid of honor’s corsage. Not only did they have it ready on time - before ceremony, but they were beautiful. The flowers not only looked beautiful but had a beautiful fragrance and lasted days after our wedding! The ribbon quality wasn’t my fave but you couldn’t really tell in the photos and it was constructed so well - all (4) pieces withstood an active day of transport and photo shoot poses and locations.

We are now loyalists. We will be buying flowers from them, again. Highly recommend Bell Tower Florist - they can be trusted with your most special...

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mission Viejo Florist and their team! They were the floral visionaries behind our wedding, and truly brought our dream day to life. From the very first meeting, they were warm, creative, and so easy to work with. They listened closely to what I wanted and executed so seamlessly. We knew we wanted strictly white and blue flowers with a beachy theme. The blue hydrangeas were absolutely stunning and were exactly what we were looking for.

The bouquets were breathtaking, the ceremony flowers were magical, and the reception arrangements completely transformed the space. Guests kept asking who did our florals because they couldn't stop staring! Everything was fresh, beautifully designed, and perfectly cohesive with our colors and style.

Beyond the stunning work, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. They handled everything seamlessly on the wedding day so I didn't have to worry for a second.
