John managed so many moving parts with patience, professionalism, and tenacity, including a very challenging fireplace company (not referred to us by him) that held up our job for at least two months. He never gave up on us even though that delay caused many headaches and schedule changes for all of us. We so appreciated knowing that we could fully trust John and his devoted and longtime subcontractors to work in our home when we were out of state, too. John’s team also did a great job of cleaning up after our substantial remodel and were so kind, patient, and helpful when it came time to put our rugs, furniture, and art back in place.
