Two bad experiences!

The first time, they showed up a few minutes early (say 8:50am). I told them I was around the corner. They said they would wait. In less than 2 minutes I pulled up and they were gone. They said they would be back that day. TWO MONTHS later they arrive, pull out my oven and leave. Not even there for 5 minutes. Several weeks later they return with the part and fix it within minutes.

The second and most recent, I needed a part for my Samsung washer (apparently they are the ONLY place in town who fixes them). The guy shows up and says he has to order a part and once he gets that part he has to take it to the shop. One month later, no update, so I call. Lady says it's on backorder and will order from somewhere else. So tool my deposit but didn't care to follow through if clients are getting their need pieces in a timely fashion. After again not hearing back I called to check the status. They lady was argumentative like she was the one inconvenienced for months without a washing machine. Finally it gets scheduled for pick up. The guy arrives and does not have any cloth to protect the washer. I offered a blanket to cover my washing machine. He insisted it would be fine and declined twice. My washing machine is now back and is completely scratched top to bottom from small scratches of it rubbing and major scratches and chips.

I would never recommend this place, so much so, we will switch brands just avoid going there ever again!

Terrible customer service. Lack of follow through. Damages property (even when offer material to avoid...

If I could give this business minus stars I would give them 5. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a used freezer chest, I had to get help to load it, it didn't quite fit standing up so the gentleman helping me said I could put it on its side if I didn't live too far away. I said "are you sure? I have a trailer I could come back with that? " No it should be fine just don't plug it in for 30 minutes. So I drove away. This employee or someone else promptly wrote on the receipt that 'customer transported on its side'. Which voids the 90 day warranty. Of course it stopped working a week later and ruined a bunch of food. I called and they said the employee told me not to transport it that way. Really? Why did he help me do it then? A business that lies? When I stopped in to make my claim the manager never even came out to address me. I am a prominent business woman in town and I come in contact with many many people, I will definitely be warning them away...

Bought a Whirlpool front loader on July 13, 22 $535.00 out the door. First few washes were good then I left town for 2 month's all along my roomate is telling me clothes are soaking still in water. Get home August 30th do 1st wash error codes E01 F03, try all other washes still error code. I research on line. I call Dave's Appliance and guy picks up washer to take back to store.on the 20th, 6 day's later circuit board is done and do not make anymore! Says can re-build, No as did my homework No whirlpool tech can guarantee it will work or for how long. This washer was sold under the guise of their knowledge that it was BROKEN banking on it not being the circuit board! Taking my money and TRADE when I only did business with them because of that machine. Nothing compatible, 250 dollars less than New Machine. I told her I DO NOT WANT TO DO...
