Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Worst vibes ever. I go to A LOT of Starbucks and have never had such a weird experience. When I got to the counter 3 employees were being talked to by the shift manager (a conversation that definitely should have been had in back) but ignored me until they were done, not the employees fault but the shift manager should know better. Then my coffee was ice cold. Like ice cold, old, stale coffee. I drank it anyways. Then as I was sitting charging my battery and drinking my cold coffee I realized the Store Manager was sitting there watching the entire interaction but also didn't get up to offer service. I then overhead the store manager talking badly about another employee loud enough that I could hear the conversation across the room. So bad coffee, rude shift manager and manager and just all around awful vibe....seriously go to any of the other...

I spent many long days at this Starbucks while working remotely, and the crew here became a small but steady part of my daily routine. Kind, consistent, and always in good spirits — they helped turn a tough season into something manageable (and even a little joyful).

A special thank-you from Meegan, my little dog who looked forward to every visit. They always greeted her with warmth — tail wags included — and it meant more than they probably know.

This is probably the best work environment I have had from a Starbucks. It felt like a mini-coworking space. The space is open with plenty of seating options and power for charging, including an awesome outdoor seating area that is sheltered from the sun. The staff here are friendly and I didn't feel rushed with my order. It was just too good to be true.... which brings me to the internet.

The reason for the 4 stars is that the internet was EXTREMELY slow (Download speeds slower that 1mps). I ended up needing to use the hotspot on my phone, which almost defeated the whole reason for my visit. I work remotely and need internet to...
