Incomparable! Unbelievable! Exceptional! Nate and Jackie were able to produce the most incredible experience for me and my family and I almost do not know where to begin to be able to leave a descriptive enough review. From the first conversation I had with Nate he was kind and patient, and eager to hear what my family was looking for so he could provide the most personalized experience. He was able to work with our dietary restrictions and even agreed to give us a maki-making lesson. When Nate arrived at our rental home he was so easy going (because the house was a pain to get to) and he was such fun guy to chat with. He was sweet to the littles, and even offered to make them something other than our prepared menu. The best part of our experience had to be the food. Nate was so careful to make and provide the highest quality of ingredients, most of which were made from scratch including wasabi, toasted garlic, all the way to pureed strawberry sauce for the cheesecakes. Every fish, fruit, sauce, and side was the next best thing we had ever eaten. It is obvious Nate loves what he does and does his best to pass that love along in his dedication to the hospitality, the omotenashi, he provides. The icing on the cheesecake was he does a full kitchen clean! We felt like royalty. We traveled to CA from TX and we will definitely call Nate for our next journey west. I wanted to create an amazing experience and dinner for our anniversary. Nate was so easy to work with. First he helped create a menu which he found a way to mirror another restaurant so my wife thought she was looking at a menu from there and not ruin the surprise. His follow up and recommendations based on our diet recommendations were awesome.

Him and his wife Jackie showed up on time and ready! Both of them were so pleasant and focused. They did an outstanding job turning our dining room into a beautiful setting. Their timing was on point and so well organized!

The 6 course meal was unbelievable. I’ve been to some amazing restaurants, but wow Nate just over delivered. Each dish was so well balanced and well portioned. We enjoyed the curation of each dish and were left impressed with each new dish that came out. The quality of ingredients was just stellar!

Both Nate and Jackie were so accommodating and made us feel so well taken care of. In the end they did an outstanding job with clean up. You would have never known they were there.

The attention to detail, quality of food and their level of care was beyond what I imagined! I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to experience an amazing meal at their own house! Will definitely be booking them in the future!

I reached out to several private chefs for my 30th birthday party and was honestly met with some unfriendly and rude chefs as well as astronomical quotes for inflexible menus. Nate, on the other hand, was incredibly kind, professional, and more than willing to accommodate my budget & favorite foods. He created a 4-course menu especially for me and each clap dish clap did clap not clap disappoint. One of my guests even asked if they were Michelin star rated, kid you not. If you want delicious Asian fusion food and a stress-free professional experience, Nate can provide & more. Check out my photos of his dishes as proof. Nate & Jackie brought their own fancy dish-ware, table settings, and, get this, even cleaned up afterwards. My apartment complex manager said he couldn't even tell there was an event after we left because it was left so clean. My one complaint is that I couldn't take him home with me to cook for us everyday.
