Rumors Salon - DC Ranch — Local services in Scottsdale

I was running late and didn't get to see my usual hair person. The salon probably meant to be helpful and put me with another stylist. I've had a short bob for a long time and expected the same cut but instead my hair is chopped and awful. Given how expensive Rumors is one would expect top notch of all their staff. It's going to be a long couple of months for this mess to grow out. The only plus side is I now have time to find another salon. I've been a blonde for over a decade. I asked for some dimension and after 2 hours came out a complete brunette and $345 poorer. When I was honest and said I was unhappy, the stylist threw his hands down and asked if I wanted him to finish drying my hair! 100% unprofessional and now nothing I can do because of the amount of damage it will do to my hair. 9/26/24 I was contacted by the salon manager who was very professional and apologetic for my experience. It was so nice and clean when I walked into the room they welcomed me and asked if I would like anything to drink the hair stylist was honest like I have very fine hair and he asked what I wanted than he took a pic of my hair told me what he thought than washed my hair did some cutting and I have never likedy hair more so if your someone with fine hair this salon will make it look thic and I'm sure they do great on thic hair too very quick Only 20 mins a little expensive was $65 and I got my hair washed...
