Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Joann from Fort Myers, FL came into our situation at customer service with a negative attitude from the start. After reviewing an expired canister of Co2 from Target we attempted to get a new one there but were directed to Kohl’s after they were out of canisters. We were told we could buy a new one at full price but could not do an exchange despite ours being expired. We decided to buy it and then go attempt to return the expired can at Target. After purchasing we went to leave and were told we had to leave our old canister (after we explicitly just said what we were going to do) and that they could not do anything about it. We then were forced to return the new canister in order to get our TWO YEARS EXPIRED canister back. Joann was rude, unable to be empathetic, and downright a terrible customer service employee let alone a MANAGER. We were going to do some shopping but decided to leave immediately after our horrible experience. Guess empathy and understanding for customer situations is not a quality...
Read moreNeeds A LOT more fragrances for sale. Very pleased they finally opened the Sephora (for the fragrances), but wow is it small. And, the selection that is available is very very limited, about 15 fragrances per sex. What they do carry is good stuff, the usuals, but I could find some of these at Walgreens. Where is the Tom Ford, where is the more niche fragrances? This is about the only available retail for fragrances within 100 miles and would make a killing in sales of they actually carried more options. I've already purchased every scent I want from here, amounting to 4 bottles in the short time is been open, but I'll likely wait another couple months before going back due to it likely being a waste of time knowing the limited selection they carry. Again, glad it's open, but quite disappointed in...
Read moreNot a huge fan of a place that doesn't stand by their pricing. One of the only places around the lake that I could find Fortnite shirts for my kids (its a game that most school children are spellbound by). I found a couple really cool ones on a big endcap that was marked 1 for 13.99 or 2 for 20. So of course I grabbed 2. I take my selections to the checkout, only to be given a $30 total. When I corrected the cashier they re-rang the items 3 different times only to come up with the same price every time. There was no attempt to leave the register to check the digital price tag or call for a manager to get the issue resolved. A company that will not honor their own pricing is a company I will not spend my hard earned money with AT ALL. There are better places to shop...
