Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Park

the one girl has black hair and a dyed color on her hair she’s super rude to females and she denied me a lid because it’s for “tall cups” yet let people who got tall FREE waters have that lid. That’s the very lid every starbucks uses for foam drinks. Yet a paying customer gets told no, and a free water gets the lid. just ridiculous she made my drink wrong on purpose as i’m already late for work and continued to grunt and huff and puff and talk about me in front of guests and her co worker kelsey or something who also denied me lied when i came to get my drink re made while being late. Super super unprofessional. I worked in food service for 10 years and no matter what if someone would like something especially nd paying customer as little as a lid should be no issue and there should be no attitude toward a guest or you obviously have problems that should not be taken out at work place on customers. but it’s starbucks and they won’t care they just pretend the care about the complaint and listen to employee made up story (i’ve seen it) and continue going. If I could give 0 stars I would. When we pulled up to the window they had a sign that stated “Ian was nothing” as we had just lost our home and town to the hurricane on the other coast and came over here to seek shelter. Two of the associates laughed in our face when we expressed that sign was hurtful and inappropriate due to what our town was experience. As they continue to laugh we asked for the manager to come over and she rudely dismissed us and our concerns about the sign and how her staff treate at us. What a nice Starbucks. They are very busy here and I think it's because they pay attention to their customers needs. They do have a guy using an iPad, however his only job is to make sure everyone gets their orders and keeping the pickup counters clean. He's not doing anything else like making food or drinks. They have six people working in this little tiny place. And they put orders through like an assembly line. Everything tastes like the classic Starbucks fare.
