This company used to provide high-quality service, with strong communication and solid expertise in boat engine repair. Unfortunately, that standard has clearly declined.

Over the course of my last two service appointments, the issue with my engine was never resolved—despite being told both times that the problem had been fixed. The same issue persisted, and the promised results never materialized.

Worse yet, when I attempted to follow up and explain that the problem remained, I was met with complete silence. It took four or five attempts before anyone returned my call. When they finally did, they stated they could come back—but only if I paid again. I found this unacceptable, given that the initial work was never successful.

Needless to say, I’m disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as there are clear areas that need improvement—especially in customer service, accountability, and follow-through. Until those changes are made, I cannot recommend this...

Went by here on December 4 to purchase some engine valve caps that the company had ordered for us. This is the sister store to the mobile boat repair service on Lake Saint Louis. It’s clean and set up well with what looks to be a wide selection of marine accessories. Bentley’s Marine & Electronics is a strong addition to the business district on the North Shore of Lake Saint Louis -- I look forward to supporting this local business and shopping here for our boating needs...
