Good shopping here. A pretty typical strip mall area. I have always liked their fake Westminster chime indicating the time and playing carillon bell music (over speakers) occasionally. The pictured Bellefontaine JC Penneys is permanently closed as of 30 Aug 2021, and a farm supply store is moving in soon. Still a good shopping strip. There are some empty store fronts, but still a vital shopping area for bellefontaine which also includes various eateries. Jc penny's closed its doors recently and freight harbor moved in. This strip also houses one of the best hair salons in town, the styling company. This strip...

It's an old strip mall, basically. The only store I shop at there is Harbor Freight, and I do go to the McDonald's and Arby's restaurants, occasionally. They are located in the front of the Fountain Plaza's...
