Huntington Bank — Local services in Lake Township

Honestly this has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. The light skinned guy (teller) profiled me so hard, being avidly racist because their job provides inadequate money so they have a problem with you bringing in large sums of cash. I have made it a point to never go inside again unless the ATMs are broken. All of the tellers are horrible here, it’s like they have no training. They’re very rude. I’m hoping they close this one down, no need for more racists. I literally am transferring my bank next week. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Shame on the company for allowing racism, shame on the managers for not getting involved. I've been banking at this bank since it was FirstMerit in 2009. I do not have enough good things to say about this branch in particular, because of the outstanding personal customer service I receive. It is like walking into close friends. They have one of the best checking and savings accounts in the area. It is easy to start an account with just $100, they do not impose a lot of fees, there are many options to get around it, there is no penalty for low balances, to name a few of the excellent benefits they offer. If I could give this place zero stars I would since the merge of TCF Bank with this garbage Bank I cannot pay certain things because the app and the system is always crashing so I cannot pay my bills on time because of this.
