Iev been pay on my dvds there faithfully every month never missing a payment i thought my dvds was safe there so i decided to get one set out i paid $18 to get it out long short they pretend they don't know what happened to em i eve got 3 sets in the which i believe they also have stolen i talked to the manager which was a a__hole he tells me come get some other dvd from them i said iev seen what yall git there i don't want them then he says i got some coming in u can have 10 of em now i had i think 24 dvds that i paid for he wanna give 10?😣 in all i probably paid about maybe60-70 bucks alone for that set alone from on line and the stores which they gave me a b.s $15 loan (00.50for each dvd) He says u dont if it was lost longago or recently i says u dont either i says i says how bout u give me my other 3 sets of dvds thats in there cus i been payin on them for minute cus i given them $18 plus around $50 to keep that particular set for around 2 years so he says naw ill give u one set i says ok what about 2 sets then tryin to reasonable no i cant do that ill give one so says ok ill forget the hole thing anyways i believe theyev tooken my other sets of dvds i just warning anybody if u pawn dvds,games or blu rays get out as fast as you can or check on them to se if they still gotem i feel one they gonna pull that s_it on the...
Read moreI have pawned items on and off on 48th and Ashland EZ Pawn for years, and the customer service has always been five stars until today. The girl with braids and the pink sweater at the general service desk is ghetto, rude, and disrespectful. Before I took out the item I was to pawn, she kept looking me up and down. When I reached the front desk, she looked at my computer and said,” What’s that?” real snarky. I immediately said it was pawned there before, and she rolled her eyes. She criticized the person who took it before as if they couldn't read or write! Then, he offered me ten dollars less and said the prior employee was incompetent! But incompetent is the nice, politically correct way to put it. Also, she was the one who didn't do her job, which required her to ask me for the password to my computer! The pawn shop couldn't access it if they wanted to because she didn't do the paperwork. She was so busy trying not to pawn my item and calling the last employee “slow” that she didn't log my computer correctly. But it’s this one woman (I’m choosing my words wisely because I have came along way) she really works hard to try to get a negative reaction out of you. I literally walked in with a few items trying to sell them, at first I didn’t understand why I wasn’t getting the refund I was looking to receive. Instead of explaining to me the process, she literally began to antagonize me by trying to dismiss me and give me dirty looks. Before things escalated, I ground myself and only directed my attention to the manager who politely began to explain to me the process, as he was doing so she continued to give me dirty looks and run her mouth. I asked her to not be disrespectful and dismissed her from talking to me. I’m so glad those men in there were respectful to me and asked her to go to the back to cool off because I felt so uncomfortable.
