We had high hopes for their reopening. They were unprepared for it being Friday it took about 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. They ran out of Cafe de Olla mix, the girl took the empty bottle and mumbled something to the other young lady working, when she came back she had filled the bottle but at this point who knows what was it filled with. The two young ladies were extremely unorganized, I wish I had been provided with a receipt as I am pretty sure we ordered the biggest size of mazapán frappe and ice cafe de olla and upon getting into my vehicle my husband realized they had given us 12 oz cups. Once home we tried the breakfast sandwiches, I don’t mind paying $12 for each but I would have hoped the quality would have been better. The hash brown and the bacon were over cooked while the outside was still frozen. When asked if they were bringing back the tamales or bagels the girl looked at me like I was crazy. We spent $42 and in all honesty I don’t feel like the quality or quantity was worth it. I don’t think we will...
Read moreAfter a long wait since their last location, I was so happy to see this finally opened up still in our neighborhood! The space inside is so pretty and spacious for people watching or bringing friends and family.
The staff, music, and of course the drinks and food were worth the years of wait. I was excited to see the 47th Bistro food menu and it did not disappoint. The empanadas and sandwiches are just as delicious as the food from their food truck.
The staff helped me pick out my drink and heated up my muffin. I’m so happy to see that they kept their syrups from their last location since I’m in love with the dulce de leche latte. I had a nice conversation with the baristas about what they have planned for the future so I’ll be looking...
Read moreMy husband and I were here when the coffeehouse first opened in 2017. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. I was excited to try their sticky buns again but unfortunately the pastry menu is pretty much nonexistent. The outdoor patio area that we enjoyed so much is now closed indefinitely and the staff was rude and uninviting. They claimed that they couldn't give us real ceramic cups but then proceeded to give it to another customer. There was no music or ambiance and the girl behind the counter totally forgot my breakfast sandwich in the microwave. I had to remind her 10 minutes later that I never received it. We were there to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of our first date. I'm saddened that our experience was less...
