I went in for a balayage. My hair was super long and most of it is my original hair color the bottom was an old balayage. They asked what color i wanted the balayage to be so i said blonde. My hair is dark brown and with a balayage it will only lift so much, which is fine because i dont want to damage my hair. The lady put bleach in my hair and didnt use the weaving method of dying my hair, instead she scrunched up my hair on every section of hair. I asked that my hair be cut about 3 inches, because my hair was very long almost down to my bottom. After she put bleach in my hair she then put a copper color on my roots. Which i have never seen done when doing a balayage. After all the waiting from the bleach and then the copper color to my roots i saw the end results and told them i did not want copper in my hair. So they slap on a darker color on my roots to try to cover the copper. At the end i was still not happy with my hair but they said i could come back and they would correct the copper that i NEVER wanted. I also at that point noticed that she chopped off another 4 inches from my hair! I loved my long hair. Now its just below my shoulders. Then she tried to charge me $300 dollars!!! I told them i have never paid 300 anywhere for a balayage, maybe if i was downtown in a high end salon it would be 300. Professionals use permanent color to lift virgin hair color which they didnt do. This place says its a luxurious hair salon but its not. There are no prices listed on wall or anywhere in shop. Mirrors are dirty. I will not be coming here ever or ever recommending to anyone. They need to keep up with better ways...
Read moreAsked for brown and caramel highlights, she ended up dying my hair black with grey highlights. Had my hair to my waist and she cut it to my armpits no exaggerating. Months of caring for my hair and letting it grow long only for her to cut it like Dora when I specifically asked to cut a small amount. Got home and tried dying it back with box dye. She left my hair fried and dead for about $400. NEVER going back. If you go never ask for a trim they get scissor happy. Now I have to start over and wait for my hair to grow.the picture with my orange hair was taken a week before. She kept on making excuses as to why it was so short and not the color I asked for. Donât go unless you want your hair fried and not at your desire. My hair was bleached and treated before but no âdyeâ should be leaving that much damage and leaving my hair ASH when I asked for Caramel. First picture after washing hair since she said it was going to look better after washing, clearly see the damage and ash. Second how I had it long and copper. And the last picture is after I dyed it with box dye. You can clearly tell she chopped off 4...
