Witchorama is my absolute favorite monthly market. There are resident vendors that you can trust to always get your goodies from, and new vendors that you'll meet for the first time and get to know and love. There is a live dj that plays music to dance to, but is not overbearing; you can talk, shop, sing and dance at the same time! The crowd is always all about acceptance. Acceptance of who you are, what you love, WHO you love, and how you want to be perceived. Some people come dressed up in fae or witchy clothing. Some come for the dragshow (ALWAYS RECOMMEND SEEING THE SHOW!! ITS FAMILY FRIENDLY AND THE QUEENS NEVER DISAPPOINT). Some come for readings or cleansings. Some come for tattoos. Loved the experience of this community! It’s always a vibe and the vibes are good.I always feel safe and welcomed. The kindness is felt, genuine vendors and very creative minds come together to share their work with others. Food and drinks non-alcoholic as well are available for purchase usually I think depending on the location plus there’s usually vendors with sweet treats ! I’m never left hungry when I attend these market days! Definitely a market you can't miss. I was a first time vendor at the market and the energy was great. There were plenty of different vendors to shop around with, and you didn't see many repeat items. The organizers were very helpful and attentive. The other vendor were also kind and welcoming. There were even some talented Queens there, strutting their stuff with amazing costumes and makeup even in the heat. Great music and food and did I mention you could go inside to get a tattoo!
