Never fails, every time I go in to pick up a delivery order, employees just look at me and don't ask if they can help me. I have to be the one to ask for help, then they have a look on their face like I'm wrong. Other Starbucks employees greet people with a good morning and acknowledge they are there for whatever purpose. I hate coming here. Yet again, well one of many. It's like I enter the merchant and everyone looks but nobody greets you like at other places. I had to wait and nobody asks if I could be helped, but they do talk to each other on their head set they have on. Then I had to tell someone that I was there for pick-ups. But management will just overlook this and whatever, if I'm wrong, prove it with better trained employees. So it happened today again, at 10am on an Uber order was there 5 minutes with nobody helping me. When I took an employee that no one has helped me, she replies that they are very busy. I told he that's noticable and wouldn't mind waiting, at least someone say something. When I call my support team to explain the situation. I go back in for the order, for an employee to tell me that she cancelled the order cause I gave them an attitude, either way what does the customers order have to do with it. So I asked for their names while on the phone with my support team and both employees (Alex and didn't get the name cause of taking off name tags. Petty!!!! I hope your management sees video and does something about this situation. I pick orders from you guys, a lot and am around all the time. I hope I have a better...
Read moreSubject: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks - Denied Washroom Access Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your locations recently. As a pregnant woman, I was in urgent need of using the washroom due to my pregnancy, which includes severe nausea. When I asked to use the restroom, I was informed by an employee that I needed to make a purchase in order to do so. While I understand that some policies require purchases, I explained to the staff member that, due to my nausea, the only thing my stomach could handle at the moment was water. I was more than willing to pay for it, yet the employee informed me that water was free. When I then asked for the water, she insisted I still needed to make a purchase. What was even more troubling was the employee's unprofessional attitude. She was short with me and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the policy. It was clear she was not interested in helping, and her behavior added to the distress I was already experiencing due to my pregnancy. As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism shown. It’s concerning that a simple request to use a restroom became such an ordeal, especially given my condition. I hope that you will address this matter to ensure better customer service in the future, particularly for individuals who may be in vulnerable situations. Thank you for your attention...
Read moreUsually pretty impressed with Starbucks employees since almost all of them maintain their positive attitude while working in a very stressful and fast-paced environment. I have mad respect for starbucks employees if this means anything. However, I wish I could say the same to this location. Like others mentioned, they focused on drive-thru which I understand but you might as well had opened a drive-thru only Starbucks and close the seat-in area.
I’ve gotten used to the “slower” service since the pandemic. What actually set me to rate this 1 star is the attitude that I got from the cashier. I had just asked to follow up with my drink she answered me with “we’re running behind” without even checking the status of my drink. I told her I was just checking since I ordered about 20 mins ago and she just repeated the same exact words without verifying my name and my order. The person who accidentally grabbed my order noticed it and apologized that they grabbed the wrong drink. If that person wasn’t there, I’d still be wasting my time waiting on the drink that...
