Really disappointed because my kids love this place but tonight experience was the worst. We have order from this place over 9x. I called to place a order today for delivery provided the first guy with my phone number and account number he told me that there was no rewards under that account number when I asked if he could explain what the beggar bucks consist of since that was my first time seeing them on the account and there was also a free reward if he can explain how that works for one free item he again stated that there were no rewards on my account and for the free item I will have to place an order online or in store not for delivery. I than ask to speak with a supervisor and/or manager and he got her in a timely fashion. The manager gets on the line very rude and very nasty and tell me there was no account under my phone number. I have order from this location many of times and had never experienced this bad service so it was very disheartening to get this type of service. I than provided her with my account number and my email address provided by the beggars app and she states there were no account with my phone number. I provide her with the number again and stated that that number is the account number provided from her employer. She ask me to repeat it. I give her the number again. This time the number pops up with my phone number, she never apologized for their error just continue to be rude. I have had the same phone number for 14 years and have used it for each order placed. My kids really wanted a pizza and wings and we ended up not placing an order because she was so rude and I don't believe in spending my money with an establishment that treat or talk to me like I'm trash. Read moreI traveled 40mins to this location and had to wait 20mins for my order. I ordered a Grilled Chicken salad with no olives and French dressing. When I finally received my order it was wrapped up and stapled closed. I finally get home to realize it was the WRONG salad order. Instead I received a ham salad WITH olives and Ranch dressing. I called this location and the same guy Octavio Sotelo, that took my order answered the phone. He didn’t apologize for the wrong order instead he said we can’t give u a refund we will just make u another salad for the wrong salad and give u a credit for the wrong salad which pretty much mean the money goes towards the new salad so they don’t lose any money, I of course disagreed with the solution and asked to speak to the manager who told me the same exact thing and that’s all they could do. I asked why couldn’t I receive a refund, she said ok fine what you like. At this point I can tell she had a attitude so the solution ended up being free salad with a refund on the wrong salad. When I got to the location, they tried to give me the original salad that I originally ordered that’s been sitting for 2 hours out on the counter, when I refused it because it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting for 2 hours, the cashier immediately got mad and start talking to the cook in Spanish not knowing I am bilingual and told the cook to just take it back to the back and bring it back in 15mins. So they were willing to risk giving me a salad with meat that sat out for 2 hours and not properly helping me as a customer. Read moreAbout a month ago I called to place an order for delivery. I ordered my pizza around noon, I was told it would be 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Around 1 I called to check the status. I was told that I had called and told them I wanted my pizza delivered at 2:45 p.m. I never called and gave those instructions, the young lady on tu he phone was adamant that I had called. After getting no where with her I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he only spoke Spanish, not a problem I am bilingual. I explained what happened and he pretty much backed the young lady up and said I had called even though he claimed he could not check the call log when I asked what time I had called to give these instructions. After we hung up I received a call from this manager at 2:50, he apologized and let me know the young lady had made a mistake. I can only assume that whoever called to place a pizza order with the instructions of having it delivered at 2:45 did not receive their order and they called. Well the manager told me I had a credit for a free pizza. He said he would make a note and all I had to do was give my number.
