Waldo Cooneys Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

Ordered at this place for the first time was highly disappointed in the service ...ordered a combo which was a Italian beef with Italian sausage dipped and mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce... simple order not busy midweek..... it was a little bit of the confusion initially because they thought I was ordering a meal deal... finally my order was taken was told it'll be about an hour...Wow I'm like an hour okay... so after maybe 15 minutes maybe even 20 I asked about the order which was told it was ready..... asked was this my correct order? they assured me that it was... however when I came home, it was only a Italian beef dry no combo although I paid for it , mozzarella cheese sticks but no marinara sauce.... I called up there Was given a run around basically it was imply that I was lying and I just wanted to receive money or something from them which was not the case I bought something and I didn't get what I bought ! Unfortunately I couldn't come back up there that night because I came up there on the bus my car was being repaired...I was told that I couldn't get my money back on it even though I pay for it and I was finally given to a manager who was very rude, insensitive and was told that I can get a 10% percentage off on more food if i buy more food at another time as if I was going to come back up there after you messed up my order, treated me with so much disrespect and poor service... So no I'm not going to give another chance to mess me over again. I'm not going to patronize this establishment Ever !!!!! It was a terrible experience I will never go back to...

Ordered a pizza today for delivery at 5:20pm and had to call back 2 hrs later after not receiving it. We were told that they had the wrong phone number and now would need to redo the order. We waited another hour before it was delivered. Called to speak with someone regarding the 3 hour delay that occurred due to no fault of ours and the extremely rude “manager” talked over me and lied saying the driver came but there was no answer. I told him this was the not the case and instead of providing good customer service I was told he would give the driver my number to dispute that. Excuse me?! When trying to explain how real customer service could have saved this experience by throwing in something extra or discounting the bill, the MANAGER begins talking smack about me to another worker saying “Some people can be so impatient” where I could hear. An entry level employee anywhere would be fired for rude and careless comments like this. I’m not sure what the requirements are to be a manager of this company these days, but Waldo Cooney’s definitely lost a long time customer tonight. Although I’m sure he doesn’t care, a simply apology could have kept changed the entire sItuation. This is a pizza place in close proximity to me, but its not even like the food tastes all that great to even deal with this kind of treatment. Highly...

Today around 2:53pm I had ordered the Pizza N Pop which is the family thin crust pizza with 2 ingredients. My server Kellen had made my order incorrectly. I wanted to have sausage and bacon topping on the entire pizza. Instead, I got one half sausage and the other half bacon. I called Kellen back to let him know I did not want half and half. I was very disappointed with him because claimed I said half and half when I know I didn't. Then I ask if he could fix the order, and he said yea but I would be charged additionally 5 dollars. I then said nevermind because why would I pay extra for his mistake. Then my mother called Kellen to tell him what I ordered, she is very upset because she knew what I ordered cause she was with me when I placed my order. Kellen was being very direspetful towards my mother. She told him that they just lost a loyal customer and he said 'that's fine' then hung up on her.

My family order from this location all the time and this is the first time we experienced this level of disrepect and left unsatisfied. Kellen is very disrespectful and talks to fast while placing an order. I felted as if he was rushing me off the phone. Just the worse customer service ever. Also, after eating the pizza, I noticed the half that suppose to be bacon, as he stated, is actually cheese only. And I have pictures...
