La Cecina Restaurant Familiar #1 — Restaurant in Lake Township

I always dine in at this location for the past 6 or 7 years but lately the service is horrible, I wish the owner could read this and understand that having good food doesn't make a great restaurant. The most important part is service and customer experience. They should assign a server to every table because lately none of the servers care to give good service to the customers. Today I dine in with my family I asked for one item and they brougth me the wrong one. Than she took our drink order and only brougth half of the drinks to the table and forgot to bring the rest. Than the food came out and I was still waiting on my drink. We finished eating and we were waiting for the server to come back to the table for over 15 minutes but none of them did. We had napkins on top of plates and plates were stock together and everything but i was they can even read tables. They are unable to tell when a customer is done eating even if the see plates stock up together. I ended up standing and asking for help, I asked for a box to go. I ended up asking who was my server since someone took my order and other brougth my food and than no one came back at all to the table maybe we were invisible. Great food, HORRIBLE service!

I went here and the bathroom was terrible and dirty there was no toilet paper in the dispenser or paper towels in the dispenser either. The service was terrible!!! I didn't get the chips and salsa that they give out until it was requested and when it was the waitress gave an attitude and blamed it on another server. I didn't get asked for a drink and when I asked for one it was given to me AFTER I got my food; the girl got my food order completely wrong, I had dropped a fork and asked for another and she gave it to me only when someone of my party went to go ask her for it again. When I complained to the manager that I received bad service the waitress came to the table and said that she didn't give bad service!! And then she began raising her voice at me and everyone started looking I told her that if she wanted to tell herself that to make herself feel better she was free to do that but I told her that I won't return ever! Lack of professionalism! She started a scene there in the establishment and raising her voice at me because I didn't like how she serviced me and the manager is a joke! Definitely won’t be going back this was the first time I try them out I walk in no one greets me than the lady comes to take the order . I let her know I was not decided on my order . So I gave her my sons order from the kid’s menu. So she can atleast put in his order. 10 min later she comes and says are you ready to order ,if not so I can put your sons order. I tell her that’s why I gave you his order so you can put his in first . She than said she didn’t I still hadn’t decided but I just said give me 2 tacos . I had also already gave her our drink order in the beginning with my sons order a lemonade and chocolate shake . She takes the order comes back with a cup that’s in the shake cup and it is foamy the lemonade. Never have I seen a lemonade that has a thick white foam at the top of the glass . I ask her is this the shake . She responded by saying you ordered a lemonade didn’t you? This is what you ordered you ordeded a lemonade and a shake did you not ,Very aggressive . I was honestly asking . A simple no ur shake is coming up would have been fine . I had enough of the disrespect. I walked up asked to pay for the chips and salsa atleast. She gave me another attitude said well the chips are free . I walked out . Never ever again !!!!

Definitivamente no volveré, esta fue la primera vez que los pruebo. Entre, nadie me saluda y la señora viene a tomar el pedido. Le hice saber que no estaba decidido sobre mi pedido. Así que le di el order de mi hijo Para que al menos pueda hacer su pedido. 10 minutos después, ella viene y dice: ¿estás listo para ordenar? Si no, puedo poner el orden de tu hijo. Le digo que es por eso le di su orden para que puedas poner la primero. Ella dijo que no, todavía no lo había decidido, pero solo dije que me diera 2 tacos. También le había dado nuestro pedido de bebidas al principio , una limonada y un batido de chocolate. Ella toma el pedido, regresa con una taza que está en la taza de batido y está espumosa la limonada. Nunca he visto una limonada que tenga una espesa espuma blanca en la parte superior del vaso.
