Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

I asked for a little bit more of tuna salad to simply cover the end of the sandwich where the bread was still bare and was told it was going to cost an extra $1.50! For a half scoop of tuna? Seriously? Then my friend who was standing next to me, overheard the manager speaking Spanish, tell the girl who was making my sandwich, that it's supposed to be $2. The second price was not even relayed to me in English as I was the one ordering. Either way, it was RIDICULOUS and I refused. Next, at the check out, I noticed an extra charge of $1.20 being rung up on the register as extra cheese. I said that I didn't order extra cheese. The manager then said it was because I had ordered extra extra (2x) olives! Which I did not! I only asked for enough to simply cover the entire sandwich without huge bare spots in between because the girl who was making my sandwich with a trainee and didn't quite know what she was doing yet. I have patience for people who are still learning their job but this manager was using her as an excuse to nickel and dime me to death! 3/24/2019 4:46pm (Sunday) we ordered 2 of their new wraps sweet steak and guacamole and ginger chicken the girls that were working were very unfriendly and put 2 half slices of cheese on each 7$ wrap!!! So one full slice of cheese all together that's it?! And they took the next guys order in Spanish and gave him 6 slices on his five dollar footlong? Not really sure why this happened because I like to approach this restaurant frequently with an open mind considering they usually take good care of me, surprised this time at the service and lack of quality in caring for my product. I will not recommend no one to come to this subway because I always go in the morning and I always see the owners screaming to the employees. I went one time in the morning in the summertime and I saw the owner screaming at a young man, and she was so loud that I saw the young man he was about to cry. I would not recommend no one working for this owner. And employees tells me that she does not pay them the time when they clocked out. So I will not recommend no one Working at this Subway, Cuz.
