Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Township

I was at the drive thru at 4:30 PM on 12/19/2024 and there was an older lady that was no help at all. First, I tried ordering at the drive thru with my check in code and she had no clue what I was talking about. I told her it was for rewards and she said “I sorry, I don’t understand that”… okay fine. I ordered just the 5 piece nugget and she thought I said combo and I said no, just the nuggets. She said okay, pull up but when I pulled up she said it was online only and I couldn’t order a 5 piece at the restaurant.. very stupid and odd if you ask me, but if that was the case why not tell me THAT instead of telling me to pull up to the window?! Then she has no sense of self respect for others because she claimed she couldn’t hear me and told me to pull my mask down when I was talking to her. Lady, WHAT?! There’s clearly a reason I have it on. Totally rude and disrespectful to ask me that. Then tells me I have to pull around again and order online to pick up if I want just the nuggets… what a joke. Liked the shopping atmosphere. There selection of items was okay. Produce was pretty good. However, when we went to the self checkout to make our purchases, my brother who was visiting from WI was refused the sale of alcohol. He had just renewed his driver’s license a few days before coming down to Chicago, because he just had a birthday and his license was expiring. So the state issued him a paper temp copy. So the cashier refused his ID. Told him they don’t accept those ID’s. The funny thing is he works for Walmart. Then I left my Drivers License in my other purse so she took my Foid Card which is not considered a form of ID in Illinois for alcohol sales. The funnier thing is I’m over 40. 😡🤬‼️🚫🚯🚯 Lazy works i order a grubhub order and I got 2 tacos and a Naco box it came all sloppy like the. Balled up every thing and put it in the box when the delivery guy got here he said the didn't make my food yet to he got there he said they didn't noticed that they had a order and when they gave it to him they tossed it out the window to him and locked the window and laugh at him never going here again telling everyone ik not to go there 🤢🤮🤕

Update so I went today to see it we'll be better the food was good but the customer service is really bad the little girls have bad attitude and Was saying stuff under there breath 😡 never coming...
