Never.Again. This was my 2nd horrible experience with this location and I refused to ever order from them again. In my most recent experience, I called in to order 1 large pizza for delivery which took over 5 minutes to complete (Name, Address, Phone, Special Offers). I was told this order would take about 90 minutes to deliver. I tried calling for status updates but kept getting the runaround that my pizza was "on the way".
After 2 Hours and 10 minutes later, I receive a phone call from delivery driver saying she'll be there in another additional 10-15 minutes more. I told her I won't be paying for this order and explained to her that I essentially waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for this order when the expected wait time was an hour and 30 minutes. She was good about it and I tipped her for time gas. It's not her fault.
I then called the Pizza Hut location to figure out what the hell happened with the wait time, but I found myself calling in twice after 5 minute holds per call. On the third time, they didn't even bother answering - kept ringing and no answer.

Read moreCashier was clearly frustrated from working but took that out on us. Our cheese pizza was extremely burned and she refused to give a refund, store credit only. The only reason store credit would not have been sufficient was due to the terrible customer service that was received at this location. Our normal location was closed and we decided to come here instead. She insisted that the cheese pizza would come out burned each time and was unwilling to push through the conveyor to eliminate us from having to settle for a unsatisfactory meal. After continuously trying to get her to offer any possible solution for not having to take home a burned pizza, I accept the loss and left the establishment with the pizza or my money. I felt like my money was stolen. She told me to call the manager in a week when he came back from vacation, but also refused to give any contact information. I get everyone doesn’t have the pleasure to “love” their jobs, but I do wish they would consider that they applied for it and we didnt force them...
Read moreEither they're set up to scam you or the cashier was not trained noe educated. Ordered some wings on wings Wednesday, which were SUPPOSED TO BE .59 cents each. I ordered two 8pcs which should've came to $10-$11 with tax, my bill was almost $18. It took me about 5-10 mins before it registered to me and when I explained to the cashier she tried disputing the cost. I had to literally pull out my calculator for her. She then told me she it was NOTHING she cld do because that's what the registered rang up. I asked for a supervisor and she told me NONE were on duty, n they only come in at night (which is thee dumbest thing ever for this very reason). I then requested a full refund and she catches an attitude saying "but we already started on your order". I told her it's more sensible that she get started on learning how to work the register because had she just refunded what I was OVER CHARGED, we wouldn't be having this problem.
