If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has the worst customer service, the employees have a horrible attitude and are extremely rude. We chose to purchase a quinceanera package here expecting high quality items only to be disappointed. We ordered our quinceanera package (dress/pillows/bouquet, etc.) at the beginning of this year and were reasured that they would arrive within the second week of May. By second week of June we still had not heard from them so we decided to go to the store and ask only to be told our order hadn't even been placed yet. Obviously upset by this we asked for a refund but the owners refused and promised our items would arrive before July. It was mid-July when we finally received our items and I was shocked at how cheap and unprofessional everything was. The knife we received looks used and dirty, the doll was cheap and the hair was practically falling off, and pretty much all of the items had strings of hot glue hanging off of them. The pillows we were given were the wrong color and when we brought it up the lady seemed irritated and like it was an inconvenience for her. We finally recieved the correct color pillows in August, two days before our event, and the embroidery looks messy and knotted. Overall, our experience here was unpleasant, everything we've received from here is low quality and shows minimal effort. Went on a weekend with my daughters, husband and mom. Our plan was to get my daughters dress along with everything from one location only immediately we thought this place was going to be it. The guy at the entrance behind the register was on the phone the whole time we were there. Took him 10min to acknowledge us when we were ready to do a Try-on of dresses. After we told him which styles we were interested in viewing he sent us to the back of the store to the fitting rooms. Literally just said okay go to the back someone will bring the dresses. After 20min of waiting and NOONE helping us out my mom had to go up to the staff and ask them for help (again) they said they would get the dresses. After another 10min again my mom goes up and FINALLY a girl comes with the dresses. not once did she greet us. Not a single word came out of her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We let my daughter try on the dresses and immediately left. We were soo thrown off by the lack of service that we refuse to give them any money. Clearly the business is there i would recommend training your employees better and invest in hiring more staff. We went on a Sunday and it looked to only have 3 employees working. Wont go back at all. Their lack of customer service to me matters alot. Especially with the price limit we were getting...

Update! Just went in with my youngest and she chose a beautiful princess dress. She also tried several dresses just like my oldest some years back . Went to two of their stores (Berwin and Kedzie) had pleasant experience in both stores. This time it was 5 stars ⭐️ Purchased a dress for my daughter 5 years ago here. Staff was friendly, went to two of their locations, my daughter tried a few dresses on ,cause let’s be honest it’s expensive and you have to be sure you like what your purchasing. I purchased a Ragazza dress for my daughter ,the only reason I don’t give it a 5 star, is that one time I went the guy in charge was moody because my daughter tried 3 dresses that day ,also they don’t tell you up to what size the dress runs , so my daughter tried on a dress she loved only to realize they didn’t have it in her size . At the end of the day we purchased another dress she had tried on and loved. My younger daughters 15 are coming up and would definitely go here again, the good experiences...
