La France Bakery — Restaurant in Lake Township

Me and my family are loyal customers for years but now they are changing they make less small tres leches cakes and than the worker put them away for the other persons it's suppose to be come as serve and not separating the cakes for other people. They should make at least two or three extra small cakes cause their good and when there no especial occasion I can't take the bigger one cause it's going to the garbage that's why I like getting the small one and also to take to my sister in law. Ultimately this year this bakery it's loosing interest on clients also they used to put big images on the especial occasion cakes now it's a small photo for big cake and for paying extra fo picture it's not worth it this bakery its loosing clientele if they keep up they going to go broke . Unfortunately they do make good cakes but once you loose focus on the clientele and quality it's just takes the business lower looking to find a similar bakery if any of the persons from here know of other good...

I ordered my cake for my daughters birthday. I came the next day to pick up and the cake was not the design I asked for. I asked to speak to the manager lady very rudely said she had just left. Then she said she called the manager and explained and said they could only reimburse $8 which was supposedly the fee of the design. When I told her at what time the manager would be in the next day to put my complaint lady said in that case she would not be able to reimburse anything. Then she said the manager would be in the next day very early and that she would soon go on vacation. They ruined my daughter's birthday theme. I do not recommend this place horrible customer service. Oh and then she got upset when I took a picture of the design I ordered to show the manager it did not look anything to the cake I received. I will never come back again. Horrible...

This place does NOT know how to be responsable for their mistakes. 4 times they have mess up my order. One occasion the cake was not ready on time, on a second occasion the filling did not have what we requested, on the third time the design look way off than what was requested bit they charged us more than $400 for it... today we requested something simply... a picture was suppose to be printed on the cake so they pretty much had not much to design on it, just to put a picture.. well now the machine is not working right.. which we can understand... the problem. Is they did not tell us that and decided to print the picture anyway with a bunch of lines all over it!!! They did not even apologize for it.. this is the last time I buy from this place.. The flavor is good but not worth the money when other places do put more effort on their designs and...
