Yesterday morning around 11am I took my 3yo son to use the washroom. I always get my drinks here and usually the employees are friendly. Well this time, I go in with my son, and notice the bathroom door needs a pass code. I see this heavy set latina employee with dark hair in a pony tail, grey shirt, wearing glasses, sitting down on her break. I noticed the other employees were busy with customers so decided to ask her since my son was holding it for 10 minutes on the drive there (it was the closest place I knew with a public washroom). She ignores me when I said "excuse me miss?" so I said "miss?" One more time and she slowly turns her head looking at the floor, not even at me. I asked her to help open the door and she said, "go ask them" pointing at the other employees with her head. I got worried because my son was dancing needing to pee. I ask her, "dont you know the code? My son really needs to pee." She says, "no! go ask them." In an irritated tone. So I desperately asked Brittney, she greated me professionally and with a smile and she ran and helped me. I give Brittney a 5 star rating for her compassion and for willing to help her customers. I even thanked her again as we were leaving the store. As for the other girl, the manager is doing a horrible job correcting her, based off the previews reviews I've read. That's bad for business. Im not sure if her name was Norma based off other reviews I read, but if it is her, she needs disciplin or the store needs...
Read moreI visited this location today for a matcha with strawberry cream foam. It’s my favorite and everything seemed fine until I pulled into window. Cashier did not greet me even when I said Hi and continued to have a conversation with her coworker. Did not provide the balance or read back my order. All she did was take out the monitor so I could tap my card. I didn’t think a tip was needed at this point. I waited 10 min for my order and it was wrong. They added vanilla cream foam instead of strawberry. I asked the cashier Lisa if she could change it since I asked for Strawberry. All she did was empty out the vanilla and add strawberry cream instead of remaking my drinks. There was no ice at this point anymore. Matcha was half way and foam was very liquidity. I had to go back to drive thru again and ask to remake the drinks. Spent my whole lunch break at Starbucks. Very disappointed in the service and quality. The cashier at the drive through window handed me my drink which was made incorrectly when I asked about it she insisted that it was correct and I explain to her what I ordered she told me reduced to just try it. I still insisted it wasn’t the right thing and she’s aggressively ask if I wanted her to remake it. Due to her tone I refused and tried calling to speak with a manager. When I got ahold of the manager her only response was ok she would talk to her. no apology for the error at all and when I asked for the number for the corporate office she told me to look it up. I stated that I would prefer to wait for her to give it to me because I know it’s something they have available she placed me on hold and never returned. Terrible customer service.
