Very disappointed with this establishment. On various occasions, this place lacks customer service. On one occasion, my 3 year old son had to use the washroom, and they refused to let me go with him, luckily my wife was there and they let her go in with him. Gender discrimination to its finest. If you’re a male and need to use the washroom, tough luck, or if you are there only with your child, and your wife is not with you, tough luck. Your little one will have to urinate themselves. Every time I come here the service just keeps getting more and more worse. I came in this evening to order a yogurt, a drink, and a corn on the cob. my wait was over 30 minutes. I realized customers that came in AFTER us were getting their orders already, and when I say orders, I mean ORDERS. yogurts, milkshakes, hands loaded. I got a little annoyed after seeing the place getting more vacant and I was still waiting. When I got up to ask an employee about my order, I saw they were barely preparing my order. They called out my name and when I asked why were they barely preparing my order after over a 30 minute wait, and customers coming in after me getting their stuff before me the woman shrugged her shoulders, and walked away. Really immature and unprofessional. I stood there waiting for another employee to explain the situation and she offered me a popsicle. I’m not asking you for anything more than an explanation on why my order took so long, and your coworker just walks away? Instead of trying to resolve the issue and get the explanation I wanted. I came here 5/23/25 I had by far the worst experience ever. I had ordered salchipapas had about 3 fries and bit into one that tasted disgusting I had to spit it out. I wanted to see why it tasted so nasty and smelled the fry that I had bit into. It smelled like a dead rat. I immediately took it back to the counter and told one of the employees. She gave me $6 back and took the plate to the back. A different lady lady called me to the counter to apologize because she agreed it smelled like something dead was there. She told me she checked the rest of the fries and more of them had that same horrible smell. She said she didn't know how that could happen because the fries prior to going in the fryer were frozen and they had gotten them the week before from Costco. Not once was I offered water. I called to place an order they told me to pay for it in order for them to start the order. So I did and I was told it would take 20-30 min. I arrived to pick up my order 30min after they told me they haven’t even started my order. And I told them then why do you have a big sing saying “if you call to make an order and pay for it, we will start your order right away.” Which is not true also this location does not practice any social distancing.
