Doña Torta Chilanga — Restaurant in Lake Township

Where do I start, this place is AMAZING! I've been there twice and ordered the same thing (the Memo Ochoa Torta). When I say the tortas are big, I actually mean they are MASSIVE! You can feed two or three people with one Torta. I have been meaning to go back because they do have a large variety of tortas on the menu. Also, from what I remember, they have tacos and other items as well. The downside is, CASH ONLY. On the plus side, they do Deliver via Uber Eats. I have also ordered from Uber eats, and they follow special instructions correctly if you dont want certain things on your torta. The tortas are delicious but unfortunately it doesn't combine with the bad service the cashiers and cooks have. I arrived 20mins before and was trying to dine in since I was coming from work. Muy buena las tortas la dominicana que atiende ahora es un amor de persona pero el señor atrás es un animal, la semana pasada fui con mi novio a comprar una torta bajo cero, la chica me dice dame un segundo y va a preguntarle al señor si tienen los productos para hacerla, le grito no me preguntes nada tú solo vendes no me preguntes, la chica viene nos cobra normal, pues ayer lunes 29 vuelvo a venir por la misma torta la chica no corre a preguntarle supongo que por lo que le dijo la ves pasada pues me cobra me siento en la mesa de atrás para ver si dice algo, y le grita nuevamente a la chica tú porque no me preguntas no ahí jamón de pavo y la chica la escucho decirle pero si el otro día me dijiste que no te pregunte nada y que solo venda y el todo perro le grita el otro día era el otro día hoy es otro día diferente y si cambio de opinión que, la chica sale y me dice disculpa pero se nos termino el jamón de pavo le digo que tranquila que escuche cuando el le grito todo eso, no es por ser chismosa ni nada pero pienso que deberían educar mas a sus cocineros porque son tan importante ellos como las meseras y si las dos veces que e ido e tenido que presenciar como le grita a esa joven que lo que está haciendo es su trabajo no me quiero imaginar como gritaría cada día o cuando el tiene algún problema personal, eso pienso que debe de manejarlo la administración con ese...
