Walgreens — Local services in Lake Township

I've been a Walgreens customer for over 10 years now . And for the past few months there has been a problem every time . I'm a truck drive and get my meds filled at Walgreens all over America , but my main Walgreens is in Bellefontaine Ohio near where I live . Last Thursday I did a refill on my meds Thur the app at my main location and they sent a request to my dr office . I called to ask if they were ready and I was told they didn't get approval from my dr . So they tried again on Friday . I called them latter on Friday and they said no again , and my dr office closed early on Friday so I had to wait until Monday . I call my dr first thing Monday and asked them to send an approval to Walgreens they said " we have twice now " but we will send it again . I call my Walgreens and ask if they got it and they said " YES IT WILL BE READY AFTER 2:30 " I show up at 5:30 and Walgreens told me that my refills were sent to central pharmacy . I asked then why did you tell me over the phone you had the approval and I could pick them up ?!?!? So instead of owning their mistake the lady kept making excuse after excuse . And I replied I'm sorry but being a truck driver I can't risk my meds not being there when I show up ' especially when I called them in ' I told them " I'll be switching pharmacy's " the lady said " people like me make their job enjoyable "!!!! So after that smart comment I'll never go back...

We were recently visiting from out of town when my son needed an emergency replacement for his insulin pen. Unfortunately, insurance wouldn't cover it since it didn't follow our timeline for a refill. The store manager Amber was extremely rude to me in the most professional way when I called to try and resolve an issue with tracking down my lost packages that weren’t scanned in properly by a store associate.
