The best fitness studio in Chicago! Lisa is amazing and very creative with her aerial tricks. Classes are always fun and adjusted to any level. Whether it's your first aerial class or you've been practicing for a few years, you will enjoy the class. All trainers are very attentive to each student and can help you reach your goals. The prices are very pleasing. I recommend getting the unlimited package because you'll get the best price per class. They often offer new students discounts. They always have creative workshops at the studio that are beneficial for both body and mind (dancing with the hammock, meditation, sound bath, Christmas parties, and more). They're all posted on their social media. Amazing place! I've been their client for over 2 years and never been...

They offer a variety of classes- aerial tricks, aerial fitness, stretching, dance classes and aerial yoga. The instructors are all very kind and motivating during the classes always encouraging/supporting us to do our best. The studio is also very cute on the inside and always well kept by Lisa the owner. I highly recommend Lisa Spring Studio for anyone in the chicago area looking to support a small business with instructors that truly care about...
