Randomly stumbled on this store and holy hell I love it so much. They’ve got so many creative, cute, funny, and deliciously politically charged items. Shirts, bags, hats, and stickers galore. Lots of awesome books and notebooks too. There’s a bonus pile of hilarious posters around the dressing room that are part of a local art installation (text the numbers!) that add a layer of fun and community to the space. Employees were so friendly and the prices are fair for the artist focused, often handmade items.

Randomly stumbled on this store and holy hell I love it so much. They’ve got so many creative, cute, funny, and deliciously politically charged items. Shirts, bags, hats, and stickers galore. Lots of awesome books and notebooks too. I was in Raygun the morning of the Winter Storm Elliot (12/22/22) showing my significant other my favorite haunts in Chicago before going back home to WI. First of all, I just love Raygun as a whole. Such a fun, welcoming, inclusive place with so much to offer it's clientele. We got so much stuff for the upcoming Christmas holiday, and also got to meet the manager's dog!

The big reason I'm writing this review is that I apparently dropped my debit card at the Andersonville location and the manager supposedly called my credit union to inform them to inform me! STELLAR customer service!!! I work in hotels and have dealt with many a lost credit card from our bar upstairs, so seeing the initiative from the staff there was incredible! Thank you for having such a caring team. Desperate for a location in MKE or Madison, or even BOTH! Bring the Midwest love...

In a time where it often feels that we're losing a war against bigotry, anti intellectualism, and the demonization of education, Iowa-based (and wholly Midwestern) Raygun is needed more than ever.

One of my favorites, with all manner of progressive, liberal, queer, and Chicago/Midwestern themed products. Great book selection, fantastic original t-shirt and sticker designs, a sizeable and ever changing sale section, and plenty of NPR and pro-CPS/CTU merch.

Super friendly, welcoming staff and a spacious layout with so much that just can't be found anywhere else. Something for everyone except the bigots.

Shop local, support brick and mortar, and utilize the power of your dollar as well as your vote....

Super funny, super queer, super liberal, and super Midwest. I think they fit perfectly in Andersonville and have things for people all over the LQBTQIA spectrums, for people from Minnesota to Iowa (where they’re from) to shirts for Andersonville’s Midsommarfest, political statements, ridiculous things about Chicago, etc. Infant through adult clothing, books, postcards, cards, magnets, mugs, candles, other clothing, etc.
