The Park After Dark- Haunted House — Local services in Lake View Township

To be honest I love Halloween and my kids do too but most haunted houses charge $40+ a ticket and they’re not kid friendly. The park after dark is $15 and kid friendly. I took my daughter and friends and I was honestly impressed. The actors are all kids and park staff raising money for their teen program. I think thats amazing since I don’t see many parks doing this anymore. If you’re trying to do something fun with your children bring them here! I’m sure everyone will enjoy it….. happy spooky season!!! I’ll definitely be back...

For a local Park District Haunted House, this one was well thought out and FUN to navigate! We really enjoyed the live pop-ups, and props! I could have sworn we saw two little scary twins (?) holler at us as we made our way thru the maze. Ticket cost ($13?) goes towards programs for the kids there. This House is for mostly All Ages. Fantastic! Went with my 10 year old and 8 year old daughters. Before we were officially about to enter the house, my 8 year old refused to go in so they kindly let her go sit downstairs with the check-in people. Super nice. They did an awesome job! It was scary. The jump factor was 10/10! Best ticket in town for the money. Narrow hallways, dark, strobe lights, fog, people screaming at your and coming at you…everything you want in a haunted...
