The fridge itself has been fine so far, but this review is for the delivery and customer service.
We bought a fridge and had it delivered. We specified a time we needed to have it by, and they would be there by that time. The time came and went, and they continued on other deliveries houses first. This is a mild inconvenience. Frustrating, but understandable. Once they got here 45 minutes past our cut off time, they brought in the fridge, somewhat installed it (my husband needed to help because they weren’t sure how to connect the water), and left. I came out to look at it, and it’s the complete wrong fridge in the wrong style that has just been installed. We run out to get them, and in the meantime notice they have badly scratched our floor in many places. Very obvious shavings that have obviously just been done in front of our door and all the way into our living room. We paid for delivery to avoid something like that happening, and now we also don’t even have the correct fridge installed an hour past when we needed to leave. The fridges should be marked with something that shows where they need to go.
They go out and get our “correct” fridge, install it, and leave. We’re looking over it, and we notice lots of extra scratches and dents. There is a giant gash inside the fridge lining which would actually alter the function. Luckily my husband had taken pictures the day prior when he purchased the fridge. We reviewed them and it is very obviously not the same fridge, not only by many extra scratches, dents, and the gash, but also it has totally different packaging than the one the day prior. While the other things are unfortunate inconveniences (beyond the damaged floors), this seemed like almost a scam to me to switch the fridge someone has seen in the showroom for a more damaged fridge. If we hadn’t been prudent in paying attention, we wouldn’t even have had proof that this wasn’t the one we bought. We luckily had a photo that showed that our fridge did not have a large gash inside. My husband called and they apologized saying that the delivery men picked up the “wrong fridge” this morning because the front desk staff wasn’t there to direct them to the correct fridge. There should clearly be something to mark which fridge someone purchased and where to deliver it, and we had two issues from this not being done. They said they would go and pick up the correct fridge and then bring it later. At this point, hours after we needed to go out of town, we had to arrange someone else to be at our house to finally receive our correct fridge.
After all this, we asked if they could at least refund our delivery fee for all of these issues, and they refused. I am grateful we haven’t had any fridge issues yet (it’s only been a month), because I regretted purchasing from here instead of a big box store for a few hundred more after all...

They had many models to choose from that are open box. Some are essentially new and others may have small cosmetic defects or dings. Most models are LG, GE, and Whirlpool. Yesterday, late afternoon, we purchased an LG refrigerator and an LG washer & dryer set. All the appliances were pristine. To our surprise, delivery was scheduled for the next day! Once we got home I realized I had made a mistake in sizing and needed a counter-depth model rather than the regular sized refrigerator we had selected. I called after hours and left a message. Cloe called me first thing in the morning and without issue stopped the delivery once she realized the mistake we had made. We returned to the shop that same morning and picked a new model. They then delivered and installed everything early afternoon on the same day!! Great job Appliances 4 Less! Kudos to the entire staff for their friendliness, their care for service, and customer support. We will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors. Recommended 100%....

We walked in, asked the guy if he had any of the new arrivals and he said he didn’t have any anymore. But, we went to the back to see what else was there. We found the one we saw online with no price on it. We asked the guy what was the price for it and he said $599. We asked why since it was the same stove. The guy asked us to show us the model number to see if it was the same. He checked the side of the stove and stated “no, it’s not the same” and walked away. My husband checked the model number and it was exactly the same. Called him back to the stove and we asked for explanation to which he replied “oh this is a newer one” but it did not make sense since the model was the exact same. We asked for further explanation and he said “the one online was one that had a dent”. Nowhere in the description online it said that the stove had a dent and all appliances have dents because it’s an outlet that sells appliances with minor dents and scratches.
