First and last time 😢 if you are OK with waiting for a drink, appetizer, or food, 30 minutes for each, then go. I just left this restaurant 15 minutes ago and let me tell you a little bit. The welcoming was amazing. You have to go through a coke machine door using a code to enter the main room. They sit me right away. The atmosphere was amazing, the set up, dark lights and live music. But oh God, what a bad customer and kitchen service experience. First, on a Saturday night, only 2 servers assisted the whole floor. We only saw 1 at the beginning, the other one at the very end. It took 25 minutes to our server before coming to our table, and when she did, I was the one asking if she could take my drink order as she only offered water and didn't ask if we wanted something from the bar. We went with the "key lime bliss." Hopefully, that's the correct name, and it took another 30 minutes to be served. Hey! this is on Saturday 8pm and the restaurant had empty tables and bar (just a couple), in the floor probably 6-7 tables were occupied. This drink was amazing, and believe me, I would've loved to order a few more of these, but the serving time was ridiculous (still, we order one more later). Again, after another 15 minutes, we requested our server that was passing by to put the appetizers (she never asked). We went with the "chicharrones and pernil ragoon," and it took another 35 minutes of waiting. When they came in, an order of "ceviche" came with it that we never ordered. I told the server, and she said, "Are you sure you didn't order these?" and I felt like she was telling me I was lying. We also had to ask for silverware, and it took her another 8-10 minutes as she was in charge of other things on the floor (cleaning tables, bringing food, etc). By the time we ate the appetizers, she never came to check on and our drink glasses were empty, so again when we finally saw her passing by my husband with loud voice (cause of music) asked for another drink. What an error! It took the longest waiting time in this one. At that time, she realized no drinks and that we finished the appetizers (long ago) and asked us if we wanted to put the main entrees order, I clearly advised her NO. Man 😭 I wanted to because the menu was such a temptation, and the appetizers were so good, but we didn't want to wait another hour. After all of this, we requested the check, and at that time, she brought my husband the drink he ordered 25 mins ago. The excuse was that the bartender lost the order. Well, the check came in, and you guess they charged us for the ceviche I never ordered or ate. She left right away. I didn't have the chance to tell her, "Hey, this is not correct." The other server that I saw passing by for the first time, I called her and asked to tell my server to correct my check. My server came in with the correct check, and I told her not to leave. Let me give you my card before you go. They processed the payment and even thought it was a terrible experience I left her $10 for a $65 bill, when I really wanted to leave $0 tip but for me this is more of a teamwork and I didn't see that. I'm so sad about this experience because the place is nice, what we did try and drink was tasty and really good but we definitely won't go...

We had heard about this place through social media. We are local, and we're excited to have a place like this available and close to us. We came here for my brother in law's birthday, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! When we came into the restaurant, it looked just as it did in the picture, like a normal restaurant, then one of the employees opened a soda machine to the back. I will say, I feel there should be a little more there. They are by reservation, so when you place the reservation, I think you should be sent a password that you have to give BEFORE they open the door, my only nitpick. When you get inside, it is huge! Everything looks modern and classy. There's a huge glowing aquarium in the center of the restaurant. The liquor wall behind the bar goes up to the ceiling, and there is a nice wine display case full of bottles of wine. I loved the lighting and just had a nice chill vibe, including the music. The server was very attentive, funny, and knowledgeable, even helping us make decisions on food and drinks. The only small problem i had there was how long the drinks took, but the server did make us aware ahead of time, so we weren't surprised. I just ordered when anyone else at the table ordered one, so i always had a drink by the time i finished my last. When we got the drinks, they all looked carefully put together and looked pretty creative. The water drop drink was an actual giant frozen drop of water with the drink inside! Finally the food, the food was top notch, everything from the tapas to the main entree was delicious and well made. The pork chop my wife got was HUGE. It could feed the whole table, and did, after my wife got full, we just passed pieces around to the other 5 people. I got the wagyu, which was so good and melted in my mouth. We also got the pulpo (octopus), which I don't normally eat, but I tried it, and it was amazing. It had a glaze on it that made it irresistible. By the end, we were so full, we hardly had room for desert, but we got some anyway! For some, this may be thought of as costing two arms, not a leg, but I think it was worth it for the price 😉 Tl;dr: Pros: Great vibe, great food, great server. Cons: The kitchen and...

My husband was so excited about this place after looking at the reviews that he wanted to take me for Valentine’s Day. He also invited our friend and his wife. To be honest the only good thing was that we were seated right away and the music. They asked if we had a reservation and we did but they had us set up for a table of two not four. Our waitress Crystal started out good but I am assuming because we were patient forgot about us. We waited over half an hour to order our first drink. We watched table after table leave at least 7 couples that we could see. You ask why we knew well she was loudly speaking of it as if it was nothing. When we finally got our drinks it was 25 min later with an excuse that the bar was short staff but the people at the bar stayed with drinks in hand. I had to finally flag her down to order our food and second drinks because she never came back to our table. Mind you at this point when I requested what I wanted it took her so long to come to us they no longer had it. We literally waited two hours for our food. Now while all this was happening no manager was walking the floor no owner was checking to see if people were ok nothing. Our friend went to find the manager who assured him our food would be right out and we would get a 25% discount. And yet again another wait. My husband finally we up and told the manager we were leaving in 5 min and that’s when the food came. That was another disaster. The Ying Yang Chicken was dry with no flavor or sauce. My fish was raw. My friends wife steak was supposed to me medium rare and it was over cooked and the can can chop was all fat and the rice was cold. When the manager came to our table he had a bear in his hand are you serious. Listen I haven’t a GM for years and none of this is acceptable. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism that this establishment has displayed and honestly don’t know how they have the reviews they have. If this continues I...

5 Stars for sure!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I passed by this place reading Latin and Asian food fusion, so I told the hubby, let's try it and boy were we in for such a treat! It had a secret entrance and you needed a code to get in. We found out they just started letting kids go in a couple weeks ago because it used to be 21 and over. We're so glad they changed that. They have a karaoke room that I'm totally going to book probably for my birthday! 😉 Obviously my girls had an awesome time dancing there. Amazing atmosphere, cool delicious food and our server's name was Isaac and he was just great!!! 👍🫶👍

This newer speakeasy in Lakeland needs a lot more love!! I had heard about Lan Gran Muralla opening through a coworker and finally tried it out recently, and was thoroughly impressed. We made a reservation but went on a Thursday night and it wasn’t real busy- but if you go say on a Friday or Saturday night I can imagine it gets full so I’d try to reserve just in case. You could come here for a full and delicious meal or just drinks. It’s definitely a little pricey but the food was fantastic so I was more willing to pay. If you go, you MUST try the duck wings. That’s right, DUCK wings, not chicken wings. Just absolutely so good and I have been daydreaming about them ever since. I will go back sincerely just for those, though I enjoyed everything we got here. It’s kind of Korean-fusion inspired food, so they had sushi as well as other main entrees. I went for the sushi and was really happy with it- and the rolls were massive so you definitely got your money’s worth. We of course also came to try the drinks. My friend and I were really disappointed when we ordered the “Pufferfish” drink as we had heard it’s served in a literal pufferfish glass, and it just came in a regular glass. Not sure if they stopped doing that or what but it was part of the reason we went, we had heard they serve some of the drinks in pretty fun fashion. And considering that drink in specific cost $20 it was extra disappointing. But overall it’s a fun atmosphere in here but the music may be a little too loud. Between that and the dark setting it felt almost closer to a club vibe then a mysterious speak easy. But i’ll definitely still come back, to have the duck wings again and try more of the drink menu.
