FURNITURE DISTRIBUTION CENTER — Local services in Lakeland

So, I have to say I have been wowed by the service extended to me here. I gazed online at their website for months without making a purchase. I couldn't decide on what I wanted but recent events made me submit an application for progressive leasing and give them a try. The next day after I was approved for progressive leasing a store representative named Angela called me. First, she was honest with me that what I wanted was sold out. She then told me what she had in stock and it gave me a chance to review and make a new decision. As a working mother, this means so much to me. If I am not with my daughter, I am at work or in class. My time is valuable and Angela went out of her way to accommodate me. Once out of class, Angela called me again to speak with me about the furniture and my leasing options. I went with Angela's recommendations for furniture and the lease provider. I switched from Progressive Leasing to West Creek and honestly am content with my decision. I am so satisfied with my experience. Angela answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the best furniture set for us. You can't buy that kind of service. This process was literally effortless. Not once did I set foot in this store. I recommend this furniture store to anyone interested in purchasing furniture but can't find the time to actually go shopping. I was able to qualify for financing, order, and have delivery set up at my convenience. I mean seriously, where else can you get that kind of consideration? I’ve been made aware that my parents were taken advantage of by Furniture Distribution Center in Lakeland!

They showed me their receipt and it showed that they had gotten $25 off their order but were told they would get $200 off since they were offered FREE COFFEE TABLES!! Looking at the receipt right now and it only says $25. My parents spent 5.5k in the Lakeland store and were scammed!!!

Native from India and don’t speak good English they were unable to express to CECE (the store manager) that they were getting bamboozled. This is absolutely outrageous and I am at a loss for words. Absolutely absurd of this company.

However, the whole company isn’t like this, Furniture Distribution Center in Sanford, those Managers, Maria & John, they actually have a heart and we’re able to make a sale without scamming my parents.

Both were very knowledgeable of the furniture and were able to satisfy my parents in giving them a discount of $200 and a free rug! Maria made it very clear to my parents that they were getting the FULL DISCOUNT and apologized for any inconvenience they had in the past!

To make a long story short, DO NOT BUY FROM THE LAKELAND STORE!! Drive the extra couple miles to the Sanford store and you will not be scammed.

Hi I am giving my review of this store a 1 star due to that the bedroom set that I was delivered, the dresser came damaged and when i called to speak with Justin whom sold us the set, said that there was nothing he can do for me to email the supervisor no phone email only. His name is Mark who is saying the warehouse is stating its minor damage and they refuse to switch it out, they want to refund me $50 which is not what I want.
