TLDR; This is the worst Chick-fil-A.
The drinks always taste like diet drinks. The lemonade although I order the normal one always tastes low sugar. The cherry coke always tastes like seltzer water and the others taste like water.
The wait time is always longer than the estimated time on the app. Expect to wait double.
Ordering on the app is always a nightmare because your order will mysteriously vanish and then you have to pay twice. Which has happened to me now twice. (I have a new phone and the app is up to date I do not experience anything like this using other restaurants apps.)
WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER EVER CHOOSE THE “PARK ANYWHERE” WHEN NO SPACES ARE AVAILABLE They will pretend to look for you and then go back inside. I watched him look only at the NUMBERED mobile pick up spaces and then turn around. If I didn’t happen to guess that was my order and follow him inside I would have been out there FOREVER

Read moreWe dined in this past Saturday (Jan 22nd). You have to order from the mobile app if you dine in, which was perfectly fine. My issue was with the food. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and a kids meal. I got the spicy deluxe with Colby jack and no tomato. When we received the food, I read the label on my sandwich box and it read "spicy deluxe w/ Colby jack no tomato". To my surprise, there were in fact tomatoes on the sandwich. They made the bottom of my chicken soggy and kinda ruined the taste of it. Thankfully, I don't have an allergy to tomatoes or I would have been in trouble. The fries are a whole other issue, they were just soggy and greasy. Like they were fried in old oil and left to sit. This chick fil a wasn't nearly as good as the others I've been to. They really need to pay attention to people's orders and what they're putting on the sandwiches because that really could be dangerous to somebody. The Covid ordering system has got to go. Covid has pased and it’s time to let customers order at the counter again. I don’t want to come into your restaurant and sit down, all to have to figure out how to place my order on the app. I also don’t want to be made to feel bad when I ask an employee to help me place my order. If you want customers to come into your restaurant and sit down immediately, then you need to become a full service restaurant where waiters/waitresses come to the table to take your order, no questions asked.
This CFA has it all wrong on the inside. It’s an extremely frustrating and inconvenient experience each time I Come into this store to eat.
