Initially, I was scared because of the mixed reviews, and I was coming in late. I just left dinner with my family, and it was already past 7:30, and the nail salon closed at 8 pm. I didn't want a rushed job, and it would be my fault, but I really wanted my nails done for my vacation to Europe. I wanted my nails to at least be put together. I called the business and asked if it was OK if I came in even though it's so late. He welcomed me and said he'll be waiting. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman and a man and offered a manicure and a pedicure. I didn't want to be that person to keep them there all night, so I chose a manicure cause only my hands were chipped from my previous gel service. Feet was brand new looking but only would change to match my hands but not a big deal. The woman did my nails, and I don't remember her saying her name, but she was nice. The quality and style of her process were nice, but the overall reason I will come back is the communication part. She constantly communicated with me. Is this ok? Do you prefer this? Is this how you wanted them shaped? Not alot of nail techs communicate and care to carry a basic conversation. I was not treated as a number like when I went into Van's nail salon. Horrible service, went to get a pedicure and acrylics i got there at 640 and left at 930 not only that the lady couldn’t finish her work after I asked you f she was able to make a design she tells me she can’t do the line because she doesn’t know how to do the lines, she messed up my colors and not only that all my fingers are cut horribly to a point I told them to please stop because it was hurting! Hasn’t been 24 hours and one of the nails fell off I called and asked for a refund and they are refusing to take responsibility to their actions! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! My nails were half done and then I am told they cannot do the design I showed them at the beginning. After discussing prices Kim had the audacity to grab my card from the counter without my permission to say she was going to charge my card before she finishes my nails because she "doesn't want to be jipped." I felt very offended that she thought I would walk out without paying. I am a school teacher and would never do that.
