Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Lakeland

I am absolutely in love! Nothing Bundt Cakes is a place I will be recommending. The gluten free Chocolate Chip cookie Bundtlet was delicious. You couldn't even tell it was gluten free. The frosting had a great taste. Such a creamy frosting with a distinctive cream cheese taste. The picture I took may appear as if the cake is hollow in the middle and full of frosting but it's not completely full. I also like how it looks like an octopus lol. It's rich and sweet but not sickly sweet. The cake was very moist. The vanilla flavor was delightful. The chocolate chips are flavorful and we're not lacking in quantity. It was very fresh. The cake wasn't overly filling. The cake was easy to get out of the container. It didn't make a huge mess. I was worried it would fall apart because I wanted to eat it on a plate. It had a good structure and didn't crumble all over when it was cut. I brought the cake home from the store and it didn't melt while I was on my way home either. I need to stay away from here because they are that good. I'm excited for my next birthday because I will get a free cake and I already know how great it will be. I might be back sooner lol. The shop was very clean. The store is really pretty with a classy delicate interior. The employees were really nice. They were definitely helpful. If you need recommendations they would probably be able to give them to you. You definitely get a quality product. The prices are definitely worth it. I love this place and can't wait to get more. Update: Two weeks ago I ordered in line. Two cakes. One was a two tier so really that’s three cakes. We cancelled and postponed a week due to family illness. I called on Saturday to confirm they understood as this store has messed up so many of my orders. The girl I spoke with said yes it says for Sunday the 8th 1:00 pm. I show up Sunday at 1:30 and they said it showed it had already been picked up! That there was a mix up and said it was picked up week prior ! So we had to wait while cakes were made. Now mind you my original order had EXTRA icing on all three cakes. Basically the cake should have been covered with it. Nope. Just normal cakes. So I paid all that extra money for what? This store has not gotten an order correct yet and I am starting to question if management was ever trained properly. I never had this problem when I was driving to river view.

I have been an ongoing customer since they opened. I ordered two cakes for today. I had no idea they closed at four. If I had a pick up time at 2:00 and didn’t pick up by 3:30 why didn’t you make a curtesy call to see if we were still picking home up? I paid 112$$$ for two cakes. My daughters have no cake now. Your store isn’t that busy that you could not make a curtesy call especially from a customer who pays a lot of money for cakes since you’ve opened. Very poor management and customer care. Thank...

Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Lakeland, Florida. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be, and they had to put it together last minute. To make matters worse, they left out the gluten-free cake, which was the main reason I placed the order, and included a berry-flavored cake instead of the snickerdoodle I ordered. This was especially concerning since we have a berry allergy in our home.

When I called to address the issue, they only offered to give me what I originally ordered if I returned to the store the same day, which was incredibly inconvenient. I was also promised a call back from the owner that same day, but it never happened.
