Both times I’ve been here the people I checked out with were really rude to me. I didn’t know my insurance wasn’t on file and I paid for something. It was only after I paid that the lady told me it wasn't on file. My insurance card has never been sent to me even after several requests so I don’t have all the information on hand. The women refused to look up my information on her database and told me to call my insurance. (Those who know, calling Medicaid isn’t a small ft). Next time I went I asked the clerk, a different person this time, if she could look up the info for me. She did with hesitation. Last place I would have thought to be disrespected at that level, it was bad even by Walmart Standards. Between the two employees they had 10 years experience (5 years each) and neither one wanted to help. With everything going on in the world and you being in a position where your soul purpose is to be at service and help suck people get there medicine and you treat them Like dogs just speaks mountains on your character. Someone didn’t raise you two right, and I hope you never get treated the way you treat me. I hope the right manager...
