Total disaster of an experience with these people. I went in to buy one bottle of spice and when I got to the counter they had me run my credit card three times. THEN they told me they don't take American Express. So then I used my bank debit card. That also didn't work so the woman had me go to the other side of the counter to use the other machine. I told her I did not want to be charged twice and she said there's no chance of that happening. So we ran my debit card and it went through. She did mention that the first register had been problematic. Today when I looked at my bank statement, of course I had been charged twice. It is not even 7 PM and they are already closed. Tomorrow I have to make an extra trip to go talk with them to try to straighten this out. What a way to...

This store has the highest quality spices and herbs. I just love many of their specialty spice/herb mixes as well. The store smells so good when you walk in. I love that I can smell each spice, especially if it is a spice I'm not as familiar with. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.
