We tried this with chicken curry and rice platter with Korean beef via door dash and we're convinced that we should give this one a try in person.

The experience exceeded our expectations. Easy parking, clean restroom and store, fresh produce, friendly and polite staff. We ordered rice platter with Korean beef, seafood soup, and Hue style beef noodle soup

You can already tell how good the rice platter is as we got it the second time. Flavor and tenderness were spot on.

The seafood soup was good but underwhelmed in compassion with others. Fairly speaking, the waiter knew that I was Vietnamese and the soup would not end well. He did warn me twice and confirmed it the 3rd time šŸ˜‚ (he really wanted to make sure that I didn't order it by mistakešŸ‘) I actually knew it too but my American friend wanted to give it a try.

The Hue style noodle soup was splendid! I'd say it's the best in town as it's the only location I've known that serves this dish with pork leg and blood pudding, 2 signature ingredients. Though you probably need to ask for them as for which you need an acquired taste. When they brought me one without the 2, they immediately corrected it without any further Ado; which was greatly appreciated šŸ‘ The blood pudding was done right both texture and flavor. The pork leg was huge even bigger than one I had in Jacksonville FL. The skin was well cleaned. Tendon was tender. The bone still had its marrow. They were generous with lemon grass and green onion. The veggie dish was fresh and decent.

We ended with iced milk coffee, sweet soup, and fermented riceballs. The coffee was good though underwhelmed compared to the other locations. Sweet soup had the right flavor but was a bit too sweet for me. The fermented riceballs had a nice flavor but I'd prefer it to be different softer.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I was totally sold for that Bun Bo Hue. I'd rate it 7* if I could. Great service! Highly recommended for everyone one Update: I visited last Sunday, Bun Bo Hue is still phenomenal. They have me 2 pieces of pork legs. Man! Can't beat that. I can't describe how satisfied I was with the dish both look and taste. Highly...

We ate here when they were still inside Saigon market in burnsville before they moved to lakeville. On this new year's day, we came here for dinner because we were nearby. The floor was so messy even under tables that were empty but the restaurant had only 3 tables being occupied when we walked in. Pho broth is fatty. Meat for vermecelli salad is on the sweeter side. Noone came to refill water the whole meal. We also saw the owner come sit 2 tables behind us and gossip Loudly with other customers that seemed to be friends/family and trash talking about how earlier customers angered the owner. It is disrespectful if We don't speak vietnamese but we could totally understand she was bad mouthing customers. I don't mind if she's mad, but other customers should NOT be within earshot of an owner complaining about customers and not care who hears. We should get to enjoy a clean, quiet meal which we did not get. We should see an owner out in the dining room sweeping (working hard) rather than having a dirty eating area and talking badly about other customers. Noone told us to pay at the front, and we ended up waiting for any waiter to come ask if we wanted the bill, but no one ever came- the restaurant wasn't ever full the whole time we were present. We had to ask for our bill only to be told to pay up front. Now we know why we haven't made effort these past few years to come here to their new location. Nothing changed. Food is ok, service is not consistent as usual - don't expect great consistent service, and expect the restaurant to be dirty. Very many other better vietnamese places to go try. Be curious about why this place has good reviews and then really bad reviews. It means inconsistency, noone cares, and other places...

Pho 45 is un-pho-freaking believable! I tried them in April when my usual pho place by me was closed, and I have to say, finding a good pho place is really hard! I came across this place since I saw it was inside Saigon Market, so I figured it had to be good, right?

Well, it IS! I order from them on a average once a week. The broth is always consistently good, which I’ve had problems with at other places. It’s not too salty or too sweet, it’s perfection. You don’t even need hoisin or sriracha! They also have their raw beef sliced soooo thin and they give you a big hunk of it! I hate when places skimp on the raw beef, and you never need to worry about that here.

They also make the best Thai tea I’ve ever had. I figured I’d try the milk tea from them once, and now I always try to get it when I go, because no where else I’ve found so far makes it so perfectly.

My review is getting long, but their egg rolls are supreme, and their bahn mi’s are super good too. We’ve also had the Korean short rib platter that was super tasty.

They do deliver through DoorDash and Bite Squad, which I fully plan on taking advantage of. This is now my ā€œgo-toā€ and now the very high standard all other pho places must compete with. So far, no others have matched it, especially in the...

Excellent Vietnamese food and customer service. I was so pleased to meet the owner, Ngoc, and a few of her family. The staff is attentive and happy to explain the menu to me, offering suggestions. I ordered the Rice Vermicelli Bowl #4. It is beautifully served with grilled pork, shrimp, freshly shredded carrots, bean sprouts, zucchini, and a giant fried egg roll. The egg roll is homemade here as well as everything else - it is prepared to perfection. It is served with a fish sauce. It is called Nuoc Cham and has a lovely taste (better than I expected!). As well they offer a wide selection of Asian Cuisine menu options. Many patrons were dining, and others were picking up their orders. They have a very active take-out service. I’d say that it is an ideal restaurant to take the family to. They serve soft drinks, including diet and Vietnamese coffee. There are many fresh orchids decorating the place and a fantastic painted wall mural. Parking is ample. It’s located just to the right if you are in the parking lot facing Carbone’s Pizza. There are no steps to enter, so it has handicapped access. Restrooms are provided. They moved to this Lakeville location on November 4th from Burnsville. I highly recommend it!

I have been to Pho45 since they are still at the old location in Burnsville, inside Saigon Market. Pho45 has been moving to new location in Lakeville several years ago. It s still my favorite place. I love bun Bo Hue and pho. Specially, on weekend they have special dishes like Bun Mam, Bun Mang Vit, Chao Long, BĆŗn RiĆŖu …these are not on menu unless you know and ask them. I all those dishes and still same consistency and quality of food. Recently, the owner, aunt Ngoc, she also has dishes which normally we can only find with home meals, not regular restaurants foods. She cooked: canh chua, ca kho, thịt kho trứng …. These are only available on weekend. You have to ask for it. If you want to experience how home meal in Vietnam look like, you can order these. Good foods! It remind me of my mom home cooked food.
