I purchased from them many years ago when they had a booth at the Austin Livestock and rodeo show. Their service was great. But the boots I purchased have had issues despite being worn less than 10 times over the years I've had them. One boot is fine, the other has reatedly lost the entire heal, and most recently the heel cap. I was lucky enough to find the entire heel both of the times it fell off. The first time I just hammered it back on, the second time it reglued the segments together. The first time the heel fell off was my third time wearing the boot. If I was closer to their location, I would have taken the boots in, instead I just made the repairs. But since the issues have only been in one boot, I'm going to say that the quality...

I absolutely love this boutique! The new location in Lakeway is very convenient and easy to get to. When you walk into the boutique, the amazing leather smells grabs you and hugs you! You instantly fall in love with everything this shop has to offer. There is so much to look at besides boots. They carry jewelry, hats, purses, clothing, fun spur of the moment gifts, etc. There is something for everyone! The owners make shopping a fun experience. They are very helpful when it comes to finding the correct fit in boots or clothing. They also have great tips for getting boots on and off if you’re a newbie to cowboy boot. If I could give zero stars I would. I've have never experienced such extremely poor customer service with any purchase I've made in my life. $330.00 pair of boots were purchased in Austin while I was visiting family from Oklahoma. After one wear the strap broke. This was in August 2017. Even though boots were lost in transit they finally arrived to be repaired. We are now in March of 2018 and I've been given so many different excuses as to why my boots have not been shipped back. I can no longer reach anyone as the phone doesn't have voicemail set up. Living in another state doesn't allow me to drop by and pick them up. I've tried to be patient but this is nearing the point of fraudulent...
