Terrible customer service, when I walked through the door they looked like I was bothering them, I approached the glass with my items and was finally greeted by an obese angry man. "We don't buy routers!!" He said which disappointed me immediately, but I had another item which they were actually interested in, a virtual reality headset which I had only had for a month and was having to sell it to eat. The young lady sitting beside him helped me out by looking it over, and making sure it works. After about 10 minutes I was given an offer that was about $200 lower than I paid for it a month ago. I said that was 2 low and gave them a counter offer and they wouldn't budge so I left and decided to try selling it online, and immediately was able to sell it to an honest company online for $100 more than this shop was offering. I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. 💪 I was surprised to learn it’s a father and daughter team that runs the shop. I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything serious. This location is highly dishonest sold me a speaker that was obviously used and I buy that particular brand on a regular I knew it wasn't new but told me I didn't have a 3day return policy on it. Because "it was brand new" (it wasn't) it didn't have any if the items that its supposed to have as a "brand new item"also brought a sound bar that only came with the hdmi cord and none of the other Cords that are supposed to come with it. If your willing to buy the base product and nothing else it's supposed to come with this is the place to go. Basically this is a great location for junkies to go sell something for 15-20 so they can make you pay 2-4xs that. Long story short either go to ez pawn or just buy it brand...
